What are you building right now that won’t be finished for another two years? And more importantly, what are you willing to let dissolve in order to make room for it? We often think of astrology as a series of sudden events, but the real work of the soul happens in the spaces between the headlines—in the slow, quiet months where a new sense of purpose is actually being forged.

Today marks the official meeting of Saturn and Neptune in the sign of Aries, a conjunction that has been anticipated as the defining astrological signature of 2026. But if you look outside your window expecting the world to look different, you might miss what is actually happening. These two planets will remain within range of each other for months, shaping a slow but profound shift in the collective psyche and in your personal story.
This is not the story of a single day; it is the story of a threshold you are now crossing. Over the next several weeks, as other planets move through Pisces and engage this powerful pair, you will begin to feel the ground shifting beneath the structures of your life. Old identities may feel like they are dissolving, not to leave you empty, but to reveal a more authentic version of yourself that is ready to take shape. This is the meeting point of vision and reality, where a dream must either find its discipline or fade away.
In this episode, we move through horoscopes for all twelve rising signs, exploring where this conjunction is landing in your own birth chart. Whether it is reshaping your career, your relationships, or your inner world, the goal is to give you a lantern for the path ahead—a way to recognize the difference between what must be released and what is ready to be born.
"There is a particular kind of clarity that only comes when certainty dissolves. When Saturn meets Neptune, we are asked to stop pretending we know exactly who we are or where we are going. In that space of not knowing, a deeper kind of knowing begins to form—not from the mind, but from the character of the soul itself. The question is not whether you will find your direction, but whether you will trust the one that finds you."

Hey everyone. This is Adam Elenbaas from Nightlight Astrology [https://nightlightastrology.com/].
Today, Saturn and Neptune finally can join in the sign of Aries. This is probably the most anticipated transit of 2026 and it's not just about what's happening right now today, it's about what happens around this time in the next weeks to come.
In fact, there's at least another two months of these two planets being in close enough proximity, what we call their engagement range, that you will be noticing the things that we're talking about on this channel lately with respect to these two planets, and noticing them.
Today, we're going to do some horoscopes and take a look at the whole sign house placement of Saturn and Neptune in the birth chart. Give you a feel for what this might look like, not again, not just today, but going forward. So that's our agenda for today.
Remember to like and subscribe. If you're not yet subscribed, take a second to do that. It helps us grow tremendously. We really appreciate it. You can find transcripts of any of these daily talks on the website that's Nightlight Astrology.com and then check out the website a couple of things to show you our retreat to Mexico. Registration ends March 14.
You have a couple of weeks left to join us for our retreat. This is a week long training and immersion in yoga and meditation and studying astrology together in community. So this is going to be an awesome retreat. It's our first ever Nightlight retreat. I'm really excited about it, but you have a little bit of time left to sign up. If you have any questions as you look over the details on the page, just under the Events page, email us info at Nightlight astrology.com
The other thing I want to mention is every day we are meeting for silent meditation in the mornings, Monday through Saturdays, it's 9:30 Eastern, 8:30 Central time that we meet for about half an hour, total 20 minutes of meditation. And then on Sundays, we meet for 30 minutes, plus another 30 to 45 of group sharing and processing, which is fantastic way to cap off a week of practice. It really helps to have people holding you accountable. This is free.
It's just something that I'm trying to provide as a way of helping people who like this channel and appreciate the material to deepen their spiritual connection to astrology and their spiritual self care. So check that out. Very excited about that. And then you can check out our readings tabs. We have need based astrology readings of different tiered pricings. I do horary readings. Lots of good stuff there.
Okay. Well, here we are. The biggest argue with the biggest transit of the year. People will be like, Wow. You know, nothing much happened on the day of. And it's not really one thing that typically happens, as much as it is a series of events with a large outer planetary configuration like this.
Just think about the year that Saturn and Pluto met, which was 2020 think about what an impact the events of 2020 had on your life over the span of an entire year, and how it rippled forward in time for much longer than just the year of 2020 on the calendar. This is very similar in the sense that it's a major outer planetary configuration that will have like psychic shock waves. Let's call them maybe, maybe some of them are going to be very peaceful vibrations.
We don't have to think about this as a disaster movie, but we have done a lot to cover this transit. We will have more to say about it, especially as planets move through Pisces. And we'll have mercury, we'll have Venus, we'll have the sun, eventually, Mars, all engaging with the Saturn Neptune conjunction in the next couple of months, it's going to take these guys a couple of months to separate as well.
So just knowing that you can be, I don't know, just just reminded that it's not, don't place the pressure on an astrological transit to do everything it's meant to do on the on the on the day of Do you know what I mean? So with that in mind, what I'd like to do now is give you some horoscopes. We've done a lot of work on this transit this week, a lot of interesting perspectives that we've included. And so it's time to go to reliable, trusty horoscopes.
I'll go Aries through. I will go Aries through Pisces and then, by the way, let me just sorry. I took the chart down and I realized I probably shouldn't have done that. Okay, give me just a second. I'll get this set up here. Oh my gosh, could I be any clumsier with this?
So one thing that I want to make sure that everybody's aware of is that you can listen to these for your sun or your rising sign, either way is just fine, and I recommend your rising sign always if you listen to my channel, because I practice Hellenistic and so both Indian astrologers, traditional ancient astrologers, use whole sign houses.
The whole sign house version of your birth chart is the horoscope version of your birth chart every single month. So the transits will line up really nicely if you use whole sign houses. If you don't, then, you know, just listen to sun or rising, whatever you prefer. But okay, I'm going to eliminate everything from my screen here, except for Saturn and Neptune, so that we're just looking at those two.
The idea with horoscopes, as you've heard me say before, is essentially to get as close as we can to the themes and topics that are likely to be important. It's like having a handful of darts, throwing them at the dart board and saying, you know, I really, I hope that one lands, by land, we mean that it gets close to describing the themes and the topics that you are seeing active in your life.
So that's going to the easiest way to do that is by whole sign houses, and always with a consideration of the archetypes. So we might say, for example, as we've talked about all week, we might see the collapse of old identities and the need to forge new identities. Aries loves to create a new strong sense of direction, purpose and selfhood, just by virtue of the sign.
We may see vision, Neptune, seeking some kind of structure, Saturn, we may see the end of confusion or deception by things becoming certainly suddenly clear, or certainty arriving or an understanding or clarity decisive action needs to be taken based on the Fiery appearance of a new vision. You could say that the spiritual fire of Neptune in Aries is bringing something visionary into form.
There's also just at zero Aries a kind of initiatory pressure at the threshold of starting a new season of life, a new phase or a new chapter. These are things we've talked about on the channel recently, just sort of reiterating them, because they're now at play for everybody. And what we're going to do in these horoscopes is throw a handful of darts for each sign and try to try to name themes and topics that get close to what you might be living and experiencing.
Let's go through these one at a time, starting with Aries rising. Aries sun or rising. You might be thinking about the dissolution of an old identity and a profound moment of reinventing yourself. So dissolution of old identities the opportunity to crystallize a new identity. This is very first house, there could suddenly be a more what do I want to call it like, an increased level of seriousness about your purpose or your sense of mission in life, the need to embody something new.
You may there can be a bit of an existential crisis, like, who am I? Where am I going? There's an uncertainty, but moving through it, there will come a clarity, that kind of transitional or liminal space is pretty common for Saturn, Neptune, learning to ground, spiritual inspiration, imagination, passion, intention with disciplined action. These are the kinds of things that I would watch for if you're an Aries sun or rising in that first house, the emphasis on things like health in the body could also be really important for Tauruses.
We take Saturn Neptune into the 12th house, where you might be confronting various subconscious or unconscious issues, confronting hidden fears or processing of grief or letting go of old ancestral patterns. There's also, quite frequently, especially with Neptune in the 12th the need for withdrawal, retreat, solitude, in order to clarify or redefine your sense of purpose or direction.
Spiritual discipline, meditation, therapy, prayer, dream, work, anything that constitutes a an emphasis on the dissolution of the ego, or putting the ego in the position of a servant rather than a master, so to speak, letting go of any kind of subconscious patterns that undermine you, that don't serve you. This is the kind of thing that Saturn and Neptune are going to focus on in the 12th house. Also this kind of emphasis on otherworldliness in general, and trying to articulate something consciously or clearly seeing things crystallize from an otherworldly place. For Tauruses, for Geminis, we see Saturn Neptune conjoining in your 11th house, which is going to clarify which communities that you align with, that contain or capture something of your hopes and imagination and dreams and vision for the future. There might also be disillusionment or dissolving of certain friends, friendships or collective, collective, what I want to say, containers.
Groups. There may be some long term dreams that are being restructured, recreated, reborn, redirected, requiring different kinds of allies or friends. There may be something about leadership in groups and communities that comes about, or just the sense of redirecting your sense of social belonging and what you're looking for out of life from others. Socially like, how do you feel valid, or how do you feel purposeful? Socially, collectively, for cancers, this lands in your 10th house. What we want to think about here is your career and the potential redefining of your career or redirecting old ambitions or an older sense of purpose may be dissolving, while a new, exciting sense of calling may be emerging.
Public identity may become more spiritually oriented or mission driven. You may feel a bit like, you know, like a new mission statement is emblazing itself in fire on on your heart. You know, this is my direction. You say Joan of Arc receiving her vision, there could be a sense of greater, deeper responsibility, and also a sense of fatigue or exhaustion with certain elements of work, a sense of great sacrifice or commitment to a larger goal, building something full, something meaningful that has some kind of intersection with collective forces in such a public place with such an outer planetary alignment. So watch for those things. If you're a cancer, if you're a Leo, you're thinking about the ninth house. This is a either a moment of great maturation, crystallization, development, solidifying of belief systems, or it could be a crisis for belief systems.
This is a time where spiritual study, philosophical or academic studies or teaching could become more disciplined, more embodied, more focused, especially when there is a vision that you want to enact with a kind of concrete level of commitment to it. A new curriculum you're designing that you feel inspired by, and you need to put it into form, letting go of any kind of naive fantasy level idealism. It's about integrating lived wisdom. It's about integrating what you've learned and learning to express it maturely, more concretely walking your talk.
And there also are just going to be new long term philosophical or teaching paths that emerge, teachers, places of learning, maybe also meaningful emphasis on travel or spirituality in other cultures, religions, traditions abroad. All really exciting things to watch for, if you're a Leo Now, if you're a Virgo, this is taking place in your eighth house. There's a lot of letting go here, facing mortality, facing vulnerability, psychological shadow, material in the karmic contracts of your relationships, a deeper commitment to things like healing therapy or transformative inner work prompted by certain kinds of relationship dynamics that are surfacing, emotional and karmic entanglements with other people may dissolve.
You may find that certain kinds of agreements, emotional, psychological, sexual, financial are ready to dissolve. You may also find that you are dealing with things like dependency and codependency. What is healthy dependency? What is unhealthy dependency? The restructuring around things like debt, shared finances or resources, even things like taxes and investments. Watch for all of these things, for Virgos, and also the experience of letting go of attachments, letting go of unhealthy attachments. Well, with Libra we're talking about the seventh house, and in the seventh house we're talking about relationships.
The relationships for Libras may be tested right now or in the remaining space of the of the year, you may find that your relationships are being tested asking, Is this real? Is it solid? Is it durable? You may be asking questions about the intersection between relationships and your spiritual beliefs or religious or philosophical orientation. If there's any sense of fantasy that's unhealthy in the way you do relationships, they may be there may be a dissolution of, you know, bonds rooted in unhealthy fantasies or distortions of one another.
Clear boundaries have to be established or may be required. There may be a serious partnership that begins under synchronistic or spiritual or very imaginative kind of otherworldly circumstances, a kind of hypnotic draw to a person who's meant to play a special role in your evolution doesn't necessarily mean there'd be a life partner, either, but you know, you never know. There's also a questions about autonomy, independence and dependence that are emphasized because of the libre Aries dynamic itself, a. Us the first seventh so watch for all these things if you're a Libra.
Now for Scorpios, we're putting this into the sixth house. If you're experiencing any kind of burnout, fatigue or sickness during this transit. It's meant to reveal the need for a different, more sustainable structure for life or work or health. You know, health may require you recommitting or becoming more disciplined, or bringing more compassionate care and sensitivity into the way you treat yourself, the way you work, the way you exert your force or energy in the world.
It's also possible that work life becomes more service oriented, spiritually motivated, mission driven, and in some ways sacrificial, confusion about routines and daily upkeep, daily maintenance, daily work will shift gears somehow. There'll be an emphasis on a changing paradigm around those kinds of things. So for Scorpios, the sixth house is a powerful place of service health insofar as we prevent against disease through vigilant daily upkeep.
All right, let's move forward to Sagittarius, which places Saturn Neptune in the fifth house here, we're talking about a place of creativity and joy, and so Saturn Neptune here can fuel a creative vision, but only if you're willing to develop it with discipline and staying power. If there are romantic illusions they may have to dissolve. There may be a need for greater honesty and authenticity, a meeting of the imaginal and the real taking place in a house of creativity, joy, romance, there may be a more serious focus on things like fertility or children or pregnancy or raising your kids, or something going on in the lives of your children.
I think the overriding promise of this is that inspiration can turn into something tangible and enduring if you put the work in, and it might be just getting started, just the first seeds of that inspiration coming through for Sagittarians. All right, so we go into the Capricorn rising, and this takes Saturn Neptune into the fourth house. Well, you can imagine that fam certain family structures may dissolve. Old foundations may be ready to dissolve or shift in some way. And by family structures, I mean anything from home living, your nuclear family, or your family of origin, your living environment, the space in which you live and rest and find peace and safety, there may be a greater emotional maturity that's required somehow around these topics right now, and a real question about boundaries, what's healthy, what isn't old walls of intimacy that maybe you've had a hard time letting people in, Maybe some of those walls are ready to come down, potential for things like relocating or moving or restructuring of your living situation. And then I would say there's the real potential to heal long standing family pain or trauma, maybe not right away, but through the events of the year, or through a process that starts unfolding from this moment forward. So that's for Capricorns in your third house. Now with Aquarius, we move this into the third that's the fourth for cap.
Sorry for Aquarius, we move this into the third house. So if we think about the third house as a place of learning, communication, your personal speech and voice and your intellect and emotional body as expressive, communicative intelligence, then the communication here for Aquarians is becoming maybe more serious, more deliberate, more purposeful. It could also be that you're learning to articulate things that are a little mystical or imaginative. Could be that a disciplined study path of some kind emerges or new skills are being developed, and then there's some potential for fogginess around things like contracts or writing or agreements, things around siblings or peers, competition with siblings or peers, boundaries that are needed in your local neighborhood or with siblings or peers. I would also say that the shape of your mind and how your cognition works, and like a change of mind and a change of emotional psychological intelligence is at play for Aquarians.
So let's I uh,
finally, with Pisces, we put this into the second house. So there's maybe a kind of financial realism that has to come here, where fantasies and reality meet by and getting realer somehow about money, finances, assets, resources. As material security, there could be new spiritual resources that are becoming available to you, like more intangible, otherworldly assets that maybe are not as material, but can actually help you feel more secure in the material world.
I think, for example, the benefit of a meditation practice or changing your diet, and suddenly you have this incredible asset that you've cultivated through something as simple as a change in lifestyle. I wonder how you can feel more materially secure by developing healthier spiritual care habits, and how much that contributes to a base level of feeling secure. So different kinds of assets that can be developed or utilized.
Also, there might just be an emphasis with this transit and moving forward about building long term security after a period of difficulty or uncertainty, around around money. And then also, does my vocation or the sources or streams of revenue in my life align with my values, beliefs, so mission, purpose and money can come together somehow with this transit if they need to. And then also just, how do we define self worth relative to material things?
Like, it's hard to feel a really strong self esteem if you're struggling to survive all the time. I think that's like, you know, it's a bit like Maslow's hierarchy or something. So we want to feel strong enough, comfortable enough, self loving enough, so that you know we you know we don't. We don't want to be struggling so much that we can't have the time and space to develop a deeper psychological sense of fulfillment. And I think it's really hard if you're struggling to survive all the time, to move into questions of spiritual contentment and so forth.
On the other hand, a lot of assets when we're in the midst of, you know, I don't remember when I was an astrologer, you know, my first year, I barely made any money at all, like barely anything, and I was on an unemployment for several of the first months of that year. And it really was faith and belief that what I was doing mattered to me, that I could keep doing it and not earn a lot. I think it was three or four years until I earned like as much as I was as a social worker. So it was like, very, very little social workers are, unfortunately, way underpaid anyway.
The point is that the only thing that gets you through periods like that, in my experience, where everything is like, really hard materially, is good friendships, things that you love, doing self care routines that kind of keep you floating, you know, and that way. So anyway, the point is, with that second house that for Pisceans right now, if you're struggling on the material level, find the things that can keep you buoyant while you pass the storm, because it will, it will pass, and there may be kind of a new season starting with respect to material resources that could be uplifting, but you might have to kind of navigate some turbulent times initially. That's not going to be the case for everyone. Saturn Neptune in that house can also bring about the crystallization of a new form of business or a new way of earning money. So a lot of different ways that could show up. But anyway, some horoscopes for the day.
Hey guys, how are you doing? Let's do it like I feel like I need to knock on your door and be like, wellness check. Are you okay? It's been a week, right? I'm making all of these a week in advance, so I don't know what's happened. I'm living in a world that is not the same at the time that these are usually listened to anyway. All of that is is just to say that I'm thinking about you guys, and hopefully this is a place that lets you feel like you have some spiritual, intellectual companionship, astrological companionship, and if you want to meditate with us, Hey, come out in the morning, 9:30 Eastern every single morning Monday through Saturdays. 11:30 Eastern Sunday mornings, we get together, we sit together, we breathe together, and we do a little processing on Sundays.
