Hi everyone, this is Acyuta-bhava from Nightlight Astrology and today we are going to talk about Mars square to Pluto one last time, as we do so we're also going to reflect on this long period of Mars moving through the sign of Aries, which started in June of 2020. kind of reflect back on where we've been with it. And I'm going to move through all 12 rising sign horoscopes taking a look at you know, where has this Mars been in your chart, what kind of work has it been doing, share some stories with you from my clients and my practice, things that I've seen through the 12 houses. So hopefully that's helpful for everybody as we're kind of starting to put a bow on Mars in Aries, getting ready to move into Taurus pretty soon. So we'll take a look at that. And also preview what Mars in Taurus is going to have in store for us in the month of January, which is a lot, it's not as if the Mars transition that's coming up is gonna suddenly Mars is going to get a lot quieter. No, Mars walks into a totally new and very dynamic situation right away when it moves into Taurus. So we'll preview that as well.

In the meantime, I want to remind everybody that there are just nine days left in my annual Kickstarter, we're at 886. backers as of the time of my recording this, that means that we have 114 more backers to go to reach our stretch goal this year, which is 1000 backers. So if you've already pitched in, thank you very much. And if you haven't, I hope that you'll consider pitching in and donating to support this channel in 2021. If you enjoy my work, you subscribe, you like it, you share it with people, you gain insights that are helpful as a student of astrology. Or maybe this is a place that you come as a part of your spiritual practices in life. If any of those are true, I really appreciate your support. When you donate, you can pick up reward readings, or different exclusive lectures that I offer on different topics that aren't published anywhere else. And then you can also pick up half off to any of my online courses in 2021, including my one year programme certification course called ancient astrology for the modern mystic, as well as my second year programme and my horror area astrology course. So 114 more to go. Let's see if we can get there. We still have nine days left. But we are coming down the homestretch now. So I really got to ring the bell and see if we can achieve this last school. All right, well, all that being said, I'm going to put up the real time clock. And let's give you a look at what's going on today.
2:32
Now, first of all, you're going to notice that you have Mars and the Moon conjoining, literally this afternoon. And as they're doing so, Mars is just separating from the square to Pluto at 23 degrees of Capricorn. So this is quite a powerful square. And we've been talking about it for a while I did a video I think it was last Friday, surprisingly popular video on Mars, Pluto, I was surprised by how well people seem to like that video, it seemed to get into some of the emotional, spiritual undercurrent of this transit as it was building. Today, it's perfecting. So what can we expect today, and over the next few days as the transit also starts to separate. First of all, that the transit is just two minutes past exact, right, two minutes of one degree past perfect. Within three degrees of separating, you can almost imagine that the ripe fruit is going to fall right off the branch. Anytime leading up within three degrees or after three degrees, the fruit starts falling off the tree, and the effects of the transit will be made manifest. So watch what that means for us if we take this forward to getting us about three degrees of separation that's taking us to the very end of the year. That's taking us to about December 31, before Mars is passing out of that three degree range. Now, you might say, you know, at that point, Mars is going to cool down. But actually, what's funny is that right after it clears that three degree range, you're going to see Mars get into another three degree range with Saturn, and Jupiter. Starting to get into a square with those planets. It's going to enter Taurus. You're gonna see Mars enter Taurus about January 6th into the 7th. And as that happens, you're also going to see Mars coming into a conjunction with Uranus. Right so and as it does, so. It's squaring both Saturn and Jupiter. So this is so dynamic.
5:00
And watch what happens if we just keep taking this forward. And we get to about the exact day of the conjunction, which happens to be Inauguration Day, here in the United States, and at that time, you're also seeing both Saturn and Jupiter engaging with Uranus. And we're going to be spending a lot of time talking about that at the end of this month and into the beginning of January. So I'm not going to do a full treatment of that today. But it's just to let you know that, you know, until Mars clears all of this, which is not really going to happen, if we take this forward just a bit more, you need to get Mars past this and that's not going to happen until the end of January, even when Mars starts getting past this, the Sun comes into a square with Mars. And that's by the end of January. So Mars energy has been a big part of 2020. And it's going to be a big part of the beginning of 2021. And you're going to see that really start to I mean, you finally get this Mars energy sort of out of the picture. And really, not until Mars enters Gemini. And that's not going to happen, just to give you the exact timing on that around March 4. And the reason that it won't get out of trouble until March 4 is that it's at about that time that it gets out of the whole sine range of Saturn and Jupiter in Aquarius, which will be influenced by it'll be kind of getting an overcoming square from those planets all along, even though it's starting to separate by degree earlier than that. So not until Mars enters Gemini in early March, are you really going to see Mars clear from the intensity that really began in June of 2020. So the themes of conflict, strife, division, perseverance, hard work, courage, and also, you know, combativeness, just that the general mood of kind of intensity and combativeness. There's a lot of action. When Mars is in the picture, it's like if you ever go to a movie, and you're in the movie theatre, and basically, you realise once the movie is over, you're like, wow, from start to finish that was action packed, and I was kind of gripping my seat, we don't always notice it, because we've become accustomed to it. But when Mars is in a really strong position for a long period of time, as it has been, the action is pretty intense. And I don't like to go down the word "traumatised" by that path, but we can get a little numb to it and the pace and the speed. And the intensity is going to be you know, just ratchet it up a few notches. And when that finally starts to die down, that's typically when integration starts to happen. So if I'm projecting forward a little bit into 2021, what I'm saying is that Yeah, we have, you know, Mars is gonna square Pluto, then it dies off, then it gets into squares with Saturn Jupiter conjunction with Uranus, that doesn't really die off entirely until the beginning of March. So I'm anticipating that March, April, May, you're going to start to see a transition in the plotline of your life or in different plotlines in different areas of your life, depending on where Mars is falling in your chart. And the the the feeling of being in a heist, high speed, high paced action sequence is probably going to start dying down by then and integration and a sense of what has happened and kind of being left in the wake of what's happened will start to occur. So that's the macro picture. Now, let's go back to the astrology of the moment. And I want to just highlight a few more things.
8:53
One of the things to pay special attention to is the fact that right now, the moon is also triggering this Mars Pluto dynamic. That's very important, because whenever the moon gets involved, it's like the barometer or something. Lots of planetary aspects are happening all the time. But if you want to ask the question, which ones should I pay attention to pay attention to the ones that the Moon is highlighting, as they are perfecting? Lots of transits perfect, but if they perfect as the Moon is connecting that same or mirroring that same dynamic, it's going to be a very much more forced one kind of powerful display of whatever the planetary combination is. So let's review just what you could expect today from this transit. You have God of War meets Lord of the underworld.
10:00
Okay, and so you have potential surges of martial energy, pent up, trapped, and released. This is the theme that we're going to see, by the way, repeated with Mars, getting into it with Uranus, Jupiter and Saturn. Especially with this. This combination, the potential for like massive earthquakes or foundation rattling or or even destruct destroying qualities are there I don't mean for that to sound scary. But Uranus is a God that is can very suddenly disrupt established orders or structures. And when it hits Jupiter and and when it hits Jupiter and Saturn, when they're when they come into view, you will often see things like eruptions of natural forces, right? Well, Mars is already starting to trigger that through this square to Pluto. So you can think about it between now and say, March as a period where there's a lot of this, and I use this word in a lot of talks with Mars and Pluto over this past year, because they've been in action back and forth a lot this year. But you think of the word catharsis where it's, it's a release of energy, it can be destructive, it can be healing, it can be purgative, it can be helpful, but it can also be painful, and that it can be all of those things at once. So I'm going to show you a little bit later, something that happened in my own chart, as this transit has perfected over the past couple of days.
11:44
But at any rate, you have surges of martial energy pent up trapped and then released, you have the theme of purgation. And you have also the theme of almost under world shadow displays of force. So what I mean by that is, there can be this sense of like darker subterranean energies, primal energies being released in very forceful, aggressive kind of explosive ways. You know, if you're a hero on a mission, that could be really helpful, if you're someone who's trying to get something done, it could also mean that someone or something is interfering with you, literally, it can point to different forms of attack, or persecution, like people coming after you or something like that with some kind of negative energy. But it can also mean that there is this release of creative force that needs to come out. You know the picture that comes to my head, which is something that I mentioned in the last video that I did, when I talked a little bit about Renn Butler's book, the Archetypal Universe, and one of the combinations that he mentioned is like, kind of forceful, or maybe even more, like, violent, even sexual encounters. Like you think of this and you unfortunately, you do think of like sexual abuse or sexual violence. But you also think of that moment when two people who have maybe for one reason or another haven't been able to consummate their love for one another, and they finally get together. And then it's just this very volcanic intense release of energy, and passion. And that can be a part of a Mars square, Pluto dynamic as well, where it's like, some force of passion is just being deeply that's been held up is being released. And the, you know, you have to be careful about this because the potential for passionate displays of violence, for example, you know, I wouldn't at all and this is rare, right? But I wouldn't at all be surprised in the news to see a story about someone who, you know, in, in blind passion kills someone else.
14:24
I don't know how they measure that in the courts, right? There's like certain there's certain degrees of murder you know, like in the in the heat of passion is one way that a lawyer, defence attorney might try to kind of bring a defence forward for a client who does something really bad while they were in the passion of the moment or something like that, that that kind of feeling. Where destruction is sometimes an expression of passion, often very negatively, sometimes positively. But the thing you have to watch for with Pluto, like, I'm not going to drive. There's a snowstorm coming here today in Minnesota, I'm not going to drive in weather like this because the energy, potentially it has that feeling of being very volcanic, I wouldn't go shopping today or you know what I mean? Like, I wouldn't put myself in a position where there's going to be like, angry stressed out people. I wouldn't put myself into position to have some kind of really heavy conversation with someone, I'd probably wait for this to pass a little bit because the likelihood of getting some kind of overreaction is there.
15:43
So remember that this energy is going to taper off between now and the new year, but then you get into January. And immediately we go into a new Mars dynamic, which is also very explosive in its own way, a little different, but we'll be coming back to all of that.
16:02
Now we're going to just take a tour through the 12 signs, and I'm going to share some stories with you from my client practice and from lives of people that I know. So that you can get a sense of what you know, what what's normal, when you're thinking about these transits.
17:01
And remember, you've got this aspect perfecting in mid August, mid October. And now again here in late December.
17:09
Aries
17:10
So if you're an Aries rising, this has been in your first house with the Mars retrograde in your first house. And the square has been to Pluto in your 10th. The angular houses are really important because you have he first house representing the native the body, the health, the personality, the spirit and soul, the especially a sense of one's vitality, as well as an emphasis on one as the driver of the boat, the captain of the ship that the actual steersman. So there's a lot of emphasis on I'm doing my own thing here, I'm going my own way. And that connecting to Pluto, this kind of cathartic volcanic eruptive combination from the 10th house, which was called praxis and also called karma by Indian astrologers, which means your work your work in the world and the kinds of actions and results that you get in the public domain. So the connection for Aries rising between my own will my own way, and very personal transformations of how I use or express my character in the world, or my force of will and power and strength, and this kind of eruptive quality that that wants to change how that shows up in the world or in the workplace, or in terms of one's reputation. So that's how the combination has been playing out. And I have a client that during this time has gone through what I would call a kind of crisis of identity that has been intimately related to their career due to COVID. They got taken out of the workforce for a while. And they've been basically feeling really pent up and stuck and not knowing what's next. But then they slowly, especially during the Mars retrograde started to consider, well, maybe this is an opportunity to redirect my whole life. And in fact, that's what they're doing now. They're really, they're really going to kind of take off in a totally new direction with their career. So that's been the process for them. And it part of it has been about feeling kind of pent up and a big change in the career and then kind of an identity crisis and then a redirection.
19:26
Taurus
19:27
So that's an interesting story that matches let's go forward to Taurus rising. Now, this has been my own chart. So one of the things that is you're looking at is between house 12 and house nine, and the 12th house can be a place of solitude or isolation, it can be a place of self undoing. And it can also be a place where there are you know, certain almost like hidden dimensions that you have to visit like shadows in a sense. But also it can feel like you're caught in some kind of liminal space. Since June of this year, for me and I express this in the Mars Pluto video with Pluto churning and burning that inner kind of Shadow Work, you could say, from the ninth house, which is the place of religion, higher education, philosophy, beliefs, and so forth. I feel like I've gone through a very deep exploration of my beliefs and philosophies, especially politically, and watching how they've changed. I mentioned some of it, I mentioned some of this in the Pluto Mars video that I did last week. There's been ways in which I've recognised how unhealthy political life and political ideology is, for me personally at all. And that's happened through a number of more difficult encounters that I've had. And so rather than going into them or anything, I'll just say that, you know, there were mistakes and lessons that I feel like I had to learn about what to say, what not to say, what to express what not to express, and also what is really worth my time and what isn't, when it comes to political and sort of philosophical ideology about the world and social dynamics. And that was, that was for me a pretty that was a very revealing and not easy transformation.
21:43
Interestingly, I wanted to share this in my own natal chart, the Sun is here in the third house in the sign of Cancer. And it's at 23 degrees, which means that I've gotten square from Mars and opposition from Pluto to the third house Sun. The third house son is a place of siblings, family members. And one of the things that happened during this time was my sister got in a car accident, and then was had to have an emergency c section to deliver her baby. And they were fine. But it was a really scary moment. And the other thing that happened just literally two days ago was that one of my family members on my mom's side and uncle of mine had a stroke. And we don't know you know exactly how things are going to be at it, it we're not sure like how much he'll recover or not. And that was really scary. That happened as Mars and Pluto also oppose the moon. During this time we were selling our home see the Sun in my third is also the ruler of the fourth house of home and property. And we also had someone break in and vandalise our home while it was empty on the market. So there were a number of things in my chart that specifically tied into the third house sun because the Pluto and Mars dynamic happened to hit that sun. The reason for me sharing this is of course, so that you can also look you know, right now do you have any planets at 23 degrees of Cardinal signs that would be Cancer Libra Capricorn or Aries and any other places in the past six months that you know this Mars retrograde has made squares opposition's or conjunctions to especially, sometimes there's going to be other topics that are brought in other words, but I would say one of the main themes has also been about, like I said, I've never personally experienced as much, you know, conflict around the topic of beliefs and ideology, and, and it really kind of drove me to realise that in a very healthy way, I'm something of an a-political person and I kind of came to realise that I'm done pretending that I'm anything but that like, that's just kind of how I am. And that was really, for me, very relieving. But that didn't happen until I went through a number of different back and forth dynamics with that Mars Pluto as so many events in the collective were happening that were so triggering of so many important and powerful but also very contentious conversations that have been happening. So for me it was like realising also were like the hills, I'm gonna die on in the hills I'm not gonna die on and those that are self destructive and those that are really helpful and, and so forth. That's kind of a 12th house ninth house dynamic. Alright, sorry for the long story here. But I did want to use this at least to emphasise the importance of other planets that may show up in your chart during such a transit.
24:52
Gemini
24:52
All right, let's put Gemini on the ascendant. I've got a good story here. So the Gemini dynamic takes the Mars energy puts it in your 11th house, but then it squares Pluto in the eighth house. So one of the things that you could see with Mars being emphasised in your 11th house, if you're a Gemini rising is that the the emphasis, the action, the conflict, the frustration, and maybe even some healthy conflicts that have led to positive dialogue and change would be within the realm of friends, benefactors, allies, groups of people in a general sense, but more specifically, groups that you belong to, or play an important role in the development or cultivation of your professional life, and your ambitions in the world. So there's been a lot of changes there now. They're being fueled by Pluto in the eighth house, which can have something to do with karmic debts or obligations, death, fear, anxiety about the future. Also, the entanglements that we have with other people karmically we're, we're owed something or somebody owes us something. So I had a client, who during this Mars retrograde experience was, the organisation that they work for, was going through something of a scandal due to the mishandling of money that had happened, and some exchanges of money that had been inappropriate. I thought that matched so perfectly for the 11th house, eighth house Pluto dynamic, that there was this scandalous kind of corrupt stuff with other people's money that came up to the surface and really rocked the organisation that they worked for. There's a lot of other variations on this, for example, I also have a friend who is going through this where grant money for the organisation that they work for government grant money came through unexpectedly, especially you know, during COVID, and was able to give not only this person individually, but other people that they work with a really nice boost at a time that was really uncertain. And that came through during the retrograde. So, you know, organisations, groups, friends, and then those deeper intense dependencies that we have on other people are things that come to us through other people positive or negatively, that are in this case, they're going to play this huge, potentially transformative role.
27:28
Cancer
27:29
So let's put it on to Cancer rising. Now we have Mars, spending all of this time in the 10th house. And that house, of course, praxis action in the world reputation. Sometimes Indian astrologers will associate this place with the concept of artha, which is sort of like power in the world power, rank, notoriety, mastery, reputation, societal success. So you have those themes coming up with Mars in the 10th. And you're really looking at what is my role where, you know, what am I doing? What is my path, and there's actions and then there's potential change of action, frustration of action, conflicts in the workplace, transformation of professional identity. And sometimes with the theme of with Mars retrograde, especially right, I'm frustrated, I can't do what I want to do, or I have to change the approach or something like that. Now, what is that? Where is that being? What does that being fueled by, it's being fueled by some kind of change in the social dynamics or social fabric of your life with Pluto, Lord of death and rebirth, affecting the seventh house, which broadly speaking, pertains to your social relationships, or the sort of social hemisphere of life, but can also pertain to things like sexuality, love, marriage, partnerships, and so forth. So, for example, one of the things that I can share with you from my wife, my wife is a Cancer rising. And when we moved to Minnesota, of course, she had just we'd closed our yoga studio back in Maryland, before we moved, and coming into a brand new place in a new community and with COVID you know, trying to get new things off the ground before we had us a sitter to help us was my my wife works part time and usually we have a part time sitter so that the social fabric of her life, in relation to her professional life, was seriously put on hold because we moved and then we had a long time before we got a sitter. And sitters kept coming in and having to take they took another job and they would leave and it was this like really intense thing. And the other thing, connected in terms of the connection with marriage, the change that has been there for her is, she's in some ways, like going from full time work down to part time work, whereas I have been the main breadwinner and so that that the transformation of her role and work has also changed relative to, you know, changes in our marriage in terms of like I'm, I'm more, I'm more of the breadwinner now. Right. And it's reversed back and forth throughout our relationship. Like when we first started my astrology career was first getting off the ground, the yoga studio really sort of led the way. But that that change in the social ramifications, making new friends, but you can't because it's COVID. And you're new in a new area, and you want to start new things, we just don't have enough childcare. And so now some of those things are finally starting to get off the ground. And more and more during this time collaboration has happened between the two of us with herbs and astrology has been gradually building. So these are just a few little anecdotes. But I did have I did, by the way, I did have one client with a Cancer rising who in this case got out of a marriage during this time. And so one of the things that you have to understand about that 10th house, broadly speaking, is that it pertains to your actions in the world. Well, when your actions in the world are going through this total transformation, and it's rooted back in the marriage house, you could also see a story like this other one that I'm thinking of where the person got out of a marriage. And they were in a marriage, where they were, they were like there was this really this element of feeling like they were being controlled or held back somehow. And so this, this moment of, kind of, I'm breaking free, I'm becoming more independent, I'm getting out of some relationship that I feel more controlled by. That was a theme in the Mars Pluto dynamic for this individual that resulted in like this big blow up divorce scenario. So you know, it's really different in everybody's chart, it can the same combinations and places can look very different from one person to the next. The houses are pretty broad in that respect.
31:52
Leo
31:52
All right, let's move forward to Leo rising. Now, for Leo risings. You know, the story has been all about your beliefs, whether they're political or religious, learning, growing mentors, teachers, faith, transformation of religious values or practices. And there's been some need to review, evaluate those things and so forth. And you're getting it's getting fueled by Pluto in the sixth, which in this case, has a lot to do with how do you handle or manage conflict or difficulties? Are you taking care of your health? Are you getting sick, which sickness is the topic of the six but when Pluto's there sometimes there's purgation, and the ability to heal because you're taking a new approach to something for example, Mars square Pluto, I saw in the lives of several clients, with Leo rising over the past six months or so, where there was this incentive to follow a spiritual practice or change their lifestyle somehow, according to some spiritual values, in order to change areas of their life where they were starting to feel sick or worn down or beat up. And that's very common for this combination, given that the sixth house tends to indicate, you know, exhaustion, fatigue, illnesses, sicknesses, etc. But in this, in this sense, Mars and Pluto, really, you know, sort of sort of galvanise this person that I'm thinking of, but also a few people who were also looking about looking at how do I take my beliefs and put them into some form of service? Almost like sacrificial acts, the sixth house is associated with Mars, and Mars is the God of sacrifice. It's the blade that kills the animal and ceremonial sacrifice in the ancient world. And it's also the blood that's offered in sacrifice the sixth house was associated with some people think it was selfless service, and that's too pretty. It's really a little uglier than that. It's the hard work under the hot, sweltering sun that you do, because you care about something you're building or making. It there's this sense of it being a house also of slavery and servitude if you don't like what you're doing. So some of this may also have to do with liberating oneself from beliefs or ideologies, that one feels enslaved or trapped by. And I saw a lot of that kind of stuff for Leo risings as well. I got a lot of emails I mentioned at one point that I'd love to hear stories from Leo risings about this and I got a lot of emails to that effect also.
34:21
Virgo
34:22
Alright, let's put Virgo on the ascendant. Now, um, this combination of Mars and Pluto when you put Virgo on the ascendant is coming between the eighth and the fifth. Now, this is a complicated house combination, because these two houses have such a wide range of meanings and then such a wide range of combinations when you pair planets together across them. You have this eighth house Mars, that's been the focus if you're a Virgo rising, and that has a lot to do with themes of independence versus dependence. Potentially pursuing things that belong to other people or desiring things that other people have, or needing things that other people have in order to be empowered in some way. But it's also about something that is yours that's taken away from you, or some degree to which your power is being co-opted, or maybe used in the service of someone else, but also potentially obligated to someone else. And there's a lot of concerns with Mars in the eighth about power dynamics and power struggles.
35:33
And so those that and also potentially the topics of death, fear, anxiety, driving the story as well. Now, that's squaring Pluto in the fifth house, which is this place of good fortune. It's a place of pleasure and enjoyment, recreation, entertainment, arts, romance, it's a place that's connected to, you know, pregnancy, and also the joy of children. So, I saw unfortunately, I did see a few people over the course of 2020, who lost a child or who miscarried with this, this combination. I also saw people who had a really deep what I want to say is really deep karmic encounters with their children for one reason or another. I also saw people I saw one person who had to sort of face the music. Well, how can I put it a codependency pattern that came to the surface, and they sort of had to pay a karmic bill because of it. I'll just put it that way. Also, the questions of pleasure and what is appropriate pleasure versus what is the kind of pleasure that leaves me in a codependent position, I saw a number of people that during the past six months, who also were dealing with questions of, you know, how much to drink or how much to spend or almost like, and, and, and also expensive karmic debts that come up, when we are not managing or handling our energy well, and getting entangled with other people in the name of selfish pleasure, some of those things can come up. And also just powerful releases of creative energy and collaboration with other people. Some pretty intense, like, you know, physical and emotional attractions that can come up to other people and become really compulsive or overwhelming, as well. So that combination, you know, pretty, pretty strong, but it's there. Like I said, there's so many different topics that can come up in the fifth and the eighth that the combinations are many. And I find these two, always to be harder to pin down than some other house combinations. I'd love to hear your story if you're a Virgo rising, by the way, and how it showed up for you.
37:51
Libra
37:52
Alright, so we're putting Libra on the ascendant now. And now we're placing the emphasis in the seventh house of relationships. How has your social life changed? I have a client who went through a divorce Libra rising, going through a divorce during this Mars retrograde a lot of conflict in the area of relationships, also questions about power differentials, and just learning to wield and like exchange power you lead now I lead, it's your turn, now it's my turn. The theme of independence in relationships in general, sometimes also, there's going to be an exploration of the themes of violence, I did have a client who this Mars retrograde was really kind of rehashing a theme of domestic violence from her own childhood, and as it was showing up in her marriage. And that's because you're connecting this to Pluto in the place of home, family, living environment, etc. So this, this was a more volatile placement around domestic matters, and relational matters for librans in general. And one of the more straightforward combinations frankly, also, you know, just how do you handle anger or frustration? And, and how is it related back to family, sometimes Father, in particular with the fourth house. So those are some of the things that came up, I noticed for librans if you had, if you have if you're a Scorpio rising excuse me, then this is between the sixth and the third, this is also a tricky combination, because the third house is in a sense, your everyday environment around you and the bustle and, and hustle and bustle of that environment. Now Mars in the sixth is in its own joy in its own sign, but it is suggesting a very martial, like mental or emotional quality that's present, as well as a lot of challenges that have to be met and overcome during this time. So, for example, I will just say that during this time I have a family member, right? It's what my sister and I mentioned her earlier. She's a Scorpio rising. And during this time she got in a car accident, the sixth house being a place of accidents and injuries. She, you know, there was dealing with COVID. At her nursing home that she works at, she's a occupational therapist. And, of course, she had to give birth in a sudden kind of emergency type of situation. During this time, my mom and her partner got COVID, my dad had some serious health problems he was hospitalised for. So one of the most common ways that I think you see this combination is just in terms of nothing, that I guess the thing that impacted me the most was the car accident, and then the C section where they just deliver the baby because they were worried about the baby's health after the accident. But the point is that you often the chaos is kind of peripheral in the cadent houses, 3, 6, 9 and 12. Anything that shows up in those houses sometimes impacts you less directly, but it's a big environmental circumstance. So third, and sixth house for my sister, a lot of like environmental turbulence, which she came through just fine. But there's also been, you know, just that, that feeling of like, my environment is filled with hornets, you know, and the hornets are there there, I don't end up getting stung. Or if I do, maybe it's just once, but it's just it can put you on edge. And heighten that sense of tension. And that there's a lot at stake can also feature conflict in the mind and conflict in relationships. But my sister also felt I can tell you this just from talking to her a lot, she feels like she's very happy to be on the front lines, you know, working in a place where there's people who have COVID and she's happy to do things that are self sacrificing, she's happy to be in the fight as a good Scorpio. Right? So, intense situations for Scorpio rising sometimes bring out your best and there's going to be this sense of like, yes, you soldier through some things, but you really you really earn your stripes as a result of the payoff can be really big as a result of kind of going through at all.

Sagittarius
42:24
So Sagittarius, you're going from the fifth to the second. So now we're getting back into that place of good fortune. But we're now relating it back to Pluto in the second place, which is related to money and finances, income and expenditures. So a couple of things, I have a couple of good sagittarian stories from clients that I think you'll appreciate. One is that I have a story of a client whose daughter got in a car accident. And she had to fork out a huge amount of money to help buy a new car. Because daughter didn't have enough to buy a new car car was totaled, the amount received from the total car was not enough to really get a new car. So they had to invest in new car. Now there's that kind of the signature of Mars in the fifth house of children connected to money Pluto in this kind of cathartic explosive event. And this has happened several times now since June, right. So but that was one event that showed up that I thought was pretty powerful. Another one was the theme of needing help from a child financially, I did speak with an older woman who was close to retirement and got let go from her job. And then her hurt was that her daughter, her son, one of her kids had to step in and give her some money so that she basically could survive during this COVID time. So there's a lot of really intense stories out there right now, just in general this year, but those are, you know, second house, fifth house stuff, money and kids a lot of connections there. I also think you could look at the potential for spending money in ways that are reckless or frivolous, like gambling, or some kind of addiction or some kind of hedonistic pleasure. That's a potential here, as well as I did talk to someone as this was perfecting who was getting ready to invest in Bitcoin? And so that just that kind of like, am I going to hit the jackpot? Am I going to spend on something big, there's a little bit of a gambling streak in the fifth house as well. So you can see some connections between those topics. I also had one person who was thinking of leaving their job and using their savings in order to start trying to make a movie. And I thought that that was an interesting expression because they want to make this big creative shift in their life fifth house, they're going to draw on, you know, their their savings and they were asking, you know if that's a good idea, and I was like, well you know, you have to be really careful with that, obviously. And and so there there's a lot of ways you can end up addressing that. I won't go too into too much more detail, but that that question, you should be stressed out about a question like that with these planets, especially when Mars is retrograde. Anyway, so let's go forward into the sign of Capricorn.

Capricorn
45:28
And now we're taking Mars and we're placing the emphasis in the fourth house of home and family roots, foundations, and we're connecting back to the first house, which is a place of identity. So I have a Capricorn rising father, so my dad is a cap rising. And he went through a really tumultuous breakup, and my sister and I sort of helped him out in finding a new apartment to move into after breaking up with his girlfriend. That was a story of his you can see that how it's like this big fundamental change in your life. It's so personal, so transformative. And for him, it one of the biggest things was that it related to suddenly having to find his own place to live. I also had, I had a client who was during this time, had moved, relocated, didn't feel like they knew who they were in this new place, and was having to kind of go through this really deep existential moment while this new house that they bought was also having a lot of repairs done on it, because it was kind of a fix me up. So they were like in this really trashed house in this new place. And it was like there was like saws and pounding and like all this stuff going on. And they were feeling like I just I don't know who I am. And they were feeling like they were kind of being driven mad by it. On the other hand, um, you could see this transit as one that suggests the confrontation with fundamental issues from the past, or from your home or family and some kind of healing catharsis that could come. For example, if you're someone who struggles with, you know, being able to assert yourself or someone that not often a problem for Capricorn risings. But if you're someone, let's say who has a trouble asserting yourself in relation to your parents, maybe you jump to hurdle and learn how to do that, maybe there's some way in which Mars at the roots has become stronger for you. And that's led to you to be changing as a person.

Aquarius
47:26
Okay, let's go to Aquarius rising. Next, if you're an Aquarius, rising, you've got the energy from the third to the 12th. Now, this is a little bit similar from the third to the sixth that we saw a little bit ago. But if you're an Aquarius, rising, you've got Mars in the third house. So that's that, that's that environment, that kind of hustle and bustle of the environment around you, including neighbours, siblings, family members around that might have some kind of close proximity to you. And this is stuff that's happening around you, it's not as personal but it can be like that, that that the buisiness of the bees just all around in your environment. And I say bees in this case, because there's that stinging, edgy martial quality. So some of my Aquarius rising people were like, what do I want to say some of the people, not surprisingly, who were very deeply engaged in things happening in the world, but also potentially being exhausted by the mental strain of always being in fight mode, since late June. You could also see the potential here for things that are said or spoken or communicated to potentially be more explosive or transformative, intended or not. So you know, a lot of Aquarius clients that I've that I've spoken with over the past six months have had more volatile communication dynamics and the need to express their mind in very powerful ways. But sometimes also looking at the shadow of what that does to certain relationships or other people, so forth.
49:06
Well, this is a very specific story. I'll just put it this way. So I had a client who also had changed for basically they they, their car got to the point where it needed to repair that was too expensive, and so they realised they were going to upgrade so they upgraded to an electrical car. Isn't that interesting? Because essentially, what you have is this big transformation around your everyday travel your everyday movement, that the car breaks down, and then they get an electrical car and switch over to this totally new technology. I thought that was an interesting expression of the third to 12th as well.

Pisces
49:47
All right, if we put Pisces on the ascendant last but not least, the focus is on changes around money and finances but it's also being fueled by Pluto in the 11th house of friends groups, etc. I have a Pisces rising friend who was a part during this past six months, who was part of an organisation that was splitting. So basically someone within the organisation was leaving to start their own company. And they had to decide because they were offered a role increase role at one company, same role, more pay at the other day, something like that, you know, it's like really like, big decision about where to go. Here's business, money, finances, and this big kind of atomic split within an organisation or group that this person worked for. So that was really a fascinating expression of this. Also, I saw a number of people with this as people who were laid off from their work because of COVID. Unfortunately, that one was pretty prevalent. But also, you could say that there's an entrepreneurial impulse behind this one, let me start a new group or organisation or draw on the support of others to launch some new product or business idea.
51:01
Also, I did see someone who also got involved in a charitable venture to be more involved in environmental stewardship, that was like a really big theme. And that was also kind of a cool theme connecting Mars to the 11th. From the second house, they put a bunch of their money and, and resources and even some of their time to volunteer and give to this environmental organisation. And that kind of that advocacy of Mars to like, I'm going to fight for something so. So here we are, today, we want through all 12 signs. Mars is just three minutes past Pluto, let's put the Moon back in.
51:42
I'm finishing this talk and Moon is pulling into just a couple degrees off from Mars. So I hope that this has been informative for everybody. I thank you all for listening and paying attention. We'll try to put some timestamps in here for you guys as well. So you can tell you know where where everything is at. One thing that I want to remind you all of is that we are, we are at 886 backers as of the might have gone up since I recorded this, but we still need about 114 more backers to meet our stretch goal. Thank you, everybody who has donated, you can find the link to the Kickstarter in the comments section of this post. Anything and everything helps.
