Hey everybody, it's Alex Ambrosi. I'm back to do your horoscopes for the rising sign for the month of August. Adam is recovering from an illness he had on vacation. So he asked me if I would jump in and do the horoscopes for August for all of you, and I said yes, Queen. Yes, I will, and I sometimes call Adam queen by text; I don't know what his face is when he gets it, but I giggle. He calls me bro. So I'm like, all right, no one ever calls me, bro. So I'm gonna call him Queen because I'm sure no one ever calls him Queen in his life, and I think there's a little spice there and a little something, you know, a little variety. So anyways, we're gonna jump in to do the horoscopes for August by friends.
Before I start, remember to like and subscribe comment below to share your experiences of what's going on for you this August and your transits. Go to nightlightastrology.com to get information on Adam's wonderful classes and readings, and you can go to my website Alexamorosi.com to get information on my readings. I am not only an astrologer; I'm an intuit and also a yoga teacher and an energy work practitioner. I do distance energy work as well.
So you can get all my information on my website; you can also go to my Instagram @Alexamorosihealing and threads at Alexamorosihealing. If you want to see the raw, uncensored me, find me on Threads, you will find the raw uncensored me. You're getting a little bit of it right now. It must be my ascendant ruler starting to move into square Jupiter. But you can also find on Instagram I do weekly transit updates, and I sometimes do funny, silly reels that try to teach about astrology.
Okay, so our agenda today, my friends, I'm going to take you through an overview of some of the big transits this month that are happening between Leo and Taurus. If you don't know the archetypes of Leo and Taurus right now, you are going to know them like the back of your hand. By the time we get to the end of August.
We're going to talk about the squares of the Sun to Jupiter and Uranus and Venus's retrograde squares to Uranus and Jupiter, and we'll also look at Venus's cazimi with the Sun, which is on August 13, which is always a major turning point in the retrograde cycle.
That's always a really big moment to watch when any planet is retrograde and their interface with the conjunction with the Sun. So then I'll take you through Leo and Taurus, and we'll talk a little bit about some of the themes I'm seeing between them; there'll be slightly different. I was thinking about how I want to really make sure that you guys get a different viewpoint on this with the Sun involved for the Leo and Taurus houses of your chart, so it might feel a little similar to what we did with Venus and retrograde horoscopes. But I'm going to take this in a different direction that I'm really excited about, and we'll talk about the interaction of those two signs and their archetypes and how they're, they're similar, how they're different, and how they might be interacting with the houses in your chart.
So remember, I use a different program than Adam, and for some reason, I cannot figure out how to get the asteroids out of the transit chart that I put up. So the asteroids are going to sit here and shine their grace upon us if the asteroids irritate you. I know sometimes they do. But they're there. Okay, so the first big transit that we're starting out with this month between Leo and Taurus is the Sun squaring Jupiter, the Sun at 14 of Leo, and Jupiter at 14 of Taurus.
Jupiter and the Sun have for 1000s of years been associated with leadership with prominence with the ability to sort of shine one's light in a sort of magnanimous way. Um, it's what I'm really interested about what this one is that, you know, Jupiter tends to represent more in a leadership structure more like legislative or legislature or the judicial system, right, sort of a body of different people coming to gather to create law or those who interpret the law but Jupiter has a lot more.
You know, it goes back to the Babylonians of being related to the law. The Sun has to do more with executive leadership, the president, the person who actually acts as the head of state of a country. So I'm actually gonna we're going to talk a little bit about how this might interact in your charts about the idea of, like, you know, the laws you live by what you formed for yourself in terms of laws and the Taurus area of your chart and how you act on them or move them forward or shine forward on them in a more like executive type way the Sun, which was more of like I rain, I decide, I bring forward those sorts of ideas.
So that's the first big transit that's happening. What's really interesting about that is here is Venus. She's just about to tip into her retrograde square with Uranus. So that happens. Yeah, so August 9 to have August. So here's Venus at 22 degrees of Leo, squaring Uranus at 22 degrees of Taurus, and we talked a little bit about this in my Venus and retrograde horoscopes for everybody.
This is a major shakeup in the way you might be reviewing the things that you value, you might have a totally different take on having completely different values than you thought you had, or you may decide that there's something about the way that you are showing up and shining in the world the way you're presenting and opening yourself to the world that goes through a radical transformation and you know, Venus and Uranus too can also be, you know, shake up in the way you look the new hairstyle a new way you present yourself to the world physically.
You know, with retrograde Venus, you know, there's always that one little astrological disclaimer of like, you know, just be sure you really want it, especially with Uranus involved because Uranus can sometimes be like, Hey, man, just get the tattoo, and you wake up the next morning you're like, Oh, what did I so it's just good to take a pause when Uranus has evolved with Venus retrograde, but also it can shake up the feeling you have both relationship and might revolutionize the way you look at relationship whether you're in a relationship whether you're dating or you're single, you might see relationship in some unexpected suddenly unexpected way that's one thing that can happen another thing that can happen with that.
Okay, so now we have Venus is cazimi in Leo? Yes, Queen, all right. So here is Venus conjunct the Sun at 20 degrees of Leo. Again a major turning point in any retrograde cycle. This is something I look at in readings all the time when people have retrograde planets is where they are in the retrograde. Usually, the cazimi moment is when there is confusion. If there is something that feels like it's delayed in the retrograde, it's really being reconsidered. It feels like it can't go forward, or it starts to get a little tumultuous. The cazimi point what I have found is usually that's where if you don't know exactly what to do, you at least start to get an idea of the clouds parting or an action plan starts to come into place it's especially with the Sun in its home sign.
This is a very, very powerful conjunction with Venus and is very magnetic. People with Venus and sun conjunctions are often very; they have a strong, attractive quality to them, not necessarily always sexual or sensual, but like there's a very magnetic quality to them. I really liked this a lot, you know; just on a quick note, too, I have loved that this year in 2023, Jupiter and Venus both benefics have gotten refreshed in their new cycles by a very empowered sun.
So Jupiter, when it was in Aries, refreshed by the exalted Sun in Aries, and now Venus here in Leo, being refreshed by the Sun in its rulership and Leo, so I think this is a good turning point in that cycle. Here's the Sun squaring Uranus. So this is 2323. Sun and Uranus, I really like them a lot the square obviously, you can get into some contentious issues with the square, right, because that's a more friction-based Mars-like aspect but one of the things I like about the Sun and Uranus and especially from Leo to Taurus to fix signs that generally like things to stay the same and status quo and especially with Leo there can be you know, I know as a Leo rising for sure you guys all know that because Leo risings always talk about how the Leo rising or Leo Sun Moon.
Leo often has a sense in its insecure speaking of wanting to be liked, really wanting to be like, really wanting to shine and be seen and for people to like them and approve of them, and Uranus adds a little bit of like F-it, just be yourself for Christ's sake, you know, just stop with the act, you know, that sort of idea, and you know, Leo can get a little theatrical and dramatic. So, Uranus could accentuate that in a sort of sudden way.
But Uranus and Taurus, you know, as Taurus can become very fixed the fixed earth, it's the most earthy of the earth signs and the most, the most stable of all the zodiac signs of that fixed and Earth quality. This also can be a good square for shaking up your life path and something that really feels entrenched in that Taurus area of your chart. So, we'll get to that too. I really liked that that. All right. So then we have the new moon in Leo, So here's the moon coming back that way.
The New Moon 23 degrees of Leo, directly squaring Uranus. So if you didn't get enough Uranus with that last explanation, I think this just continues this point. But what it also does is it infuses the whole next Muth the whole next moon cycle with that sun Uranus Leo square to Taurus energy. You know, this is all Leo and Taurus all the time. So really powerful. Really, really powerful in that sense. So just know that everything we just said for the Sun square, Uranus, the new moon seeds those qualities through the entire moon cycle. So that is an interesting thing to see.
Then finally, we get to August 22. So we get Venus moving to her square with Jupiter. Now one thing that's really interesting here, my friends, is Jupiter is going to station retrograde in September on 15 degrees of Taurus. Jupiter is not going to move very much once it gets onto 15 Taurus for a few weeks. So Jupiter really starts to pick up some volume as the Edit stations. Remember, anytime a planet is stationing to turn from direct to retrograde or retrograde to direct, the volume really gets turned up loud.
Like, I'm a child of the 80s; remember those boom boxes people used to carry around on their shoulders? I know for the kids, this is like ancient history, but like this is how an 80s mind thinks, like you know someone walked around like turned up blasting up like that's very much a planet stationing, and so that's a very, very prominent Jupiter there squaring your Venus.
Now that can be over the top, that can be, you know, dramatic protestations of love, especially with Venus and Leo, like speaking of the boombox, I always think of Venus and Jupiter square to each other, especially with one of them in Leo, like Say Anything when the guy shows up in the front yard with a boom box over his head, like it's that kind of like, you know, I've always loved you, and now I have to sky right and like, you know, maybe it gets creepy. That sort of idea.
It can also be, it can also be you know, reassessing the laws and beliefs you hold internally, Jupiter, about your relationships, about your relational style, about the way you present yourself to the world, about the way you create and how you imagine the world. Those might be going through a sort of review or reset process there, too. So those are the major transits we're going to look at this month, my friends, as I take you through each sign; I'm not going to go through all of these again. But I'm going to give you different things that come to my mind based on the Taurus and Leo houses of your chart, and we'll also talk about specific transits, I think, especially for those houses that will, you know, you might notice or, or just summarize them as we go.
But the other thing I would just say, you know, one of the places I'm going to take you with this is Leo and Taurus; both, in their own way, have to do with the idea of how we hold ourselves in our self-mastery and leadership and how we hold ourselves in leadership with the external world. I know we don't often think of Taurus like that. If you guys haven't read The Astrology of Fate by Liz Greene, and you're into archetypal psychological astrology, like run, don't walk, get that book The Astrology of Fate by Liz Greene; it's fabulous.
She talks about Taurus as the sense of the monarch who knows that they are channeling something through them. They are not the power that has ended up there channeling a power through them, right the idea of how the monarchy was thought of, we know that you were channeling divinity through, but you were not it, and the ego trip that we can go on very easily this month is thinking that having our ego puffed up, especially with the Sun square Jupiter, and thinking, I'm the action everywhere I go, I do everything I make everything happen. There's sort of a childish egocentricity that can come up with that, right.
What we are probably going to be learning this month, and all this dynamic chant tension between Leo and Taurus, is how to channel through ourselves. Bigger ideals, bigger laws by which we live by, and how to channel bigger forces around us, how to shine, how to accept whatever praise or accolades we might receive from that, but to know, at the end of the day, that we're channeling something through us that it is not us.
So the line I always use, and I think I may have said it on a video with Adam, is from The Crown, which is one of my favorite shows. Claire Foy, at the end of season one, says to Princess Margaret, Queen Elizabeth says to the woman playing Princess Margaret, it's the monarchy that's supposed to shine, not the monarch.
So we're seeing this month like how do we reinvest and creating things that are bigger than ourselves, but also not letting our ego get really hopped up on it and being like, it's me, and I need to be celebrated, and I need to be seen, and I need to be noticed. Right? Rather than my work is noticed, or what I'm doing is being celebrated, or how I bring it into the world, the creative way of bringing it into the world is being celebrated, and enjoying that, and letting yourself enjoy that. But also knowing that line of like, then it turns into sort of like a, you know, why didn't I get 3 million followers from this? Or why did they say that thing, right? That can be that can sometimes be where our ego gets involved in, and we'll all kind of tow that line this month with it. Anyways, let's move my friends to put Aries on the ascendant, and then we'll work through this. This is so much fun.
Aries
So let's go back; here's Aries on the ascendant. Okay, so this is going to put the Sun and Venus in Leo in your fifth house and Uranus and Jupiter in your second house. So you know, this is somewhere where I would, you know, definitely look at, my friends, this is somewhere where I would look at where is your creative, exuberant pleasurable self, that's your Leo fifth house, in conflict with or needing to find some creative solutions with the laws and beliefs you have internalized about money, and resources and self-worth.
You know, a really simple thing here might be something like, you know, something you're very, very passionate about doing, and you want to make a business out of it, like an Etsy shop out of it. But there's a voice in your head that says, like, you know, like, that should just be a hobby that shouldn't be your living. Right? That should just be something you do on the side. But you know, you can't; no one makes money doing things like that might be true or might not be true. But those might be the sort of tensions that are coming up with this square, and then the idea being how do I channel through that bigger sense, right?
That creative instinct that, the things that bring me joy and pleasure and bring joy and creativity and life into the world, that's that fifth house, and I do that in a way where it is the work, it is the bigger thing that is honored and that allowing myself to know that even when it is my work that is honored, my work has to have you know, it should be supported by you know, people paying for it, or people exchanging for or people offering to it in order to feel like they're not bound to us energetically. Right?
That's one of the ways that money really helps us, especially those of us that do more creative fields. You remember that you know, money, when it's done fairly and justly, helps even the exchange so that one person, one party, doesn't feel indebted to the other. So I will look at that for Aries this month; I think there's a real retooling, real shaping, especially with Uranus there in those squares to Uranus, about the laws about and values you hold around resources, finances, and also the second house can feel like the way our worth and our feeling of value and props up our self, the way we feel propped up by that, so, a wonderful month for that.
Taurus
Okay, let's go forward to Taurus on the ascendant; All right, so we have now moved Jupiter and Uranus into your first house, and we have the Sun and Venus in your fourth house. Interesting. Okay, so I would say there is a sense of you in your own private sphere, which is the fourth house, claiming back a sense of your own sense of authority, and the sense of your ideals taking precedence.
You know, it might be something, especially with the square to Uranus, in the Sun, where you have, without realizing it, or maybe by realizing, you know, follow in the footsteps of your family for a long time, and that square to Uranus says, You know what I need to claim my own sovereign authority. I love my family. I'm grateful for what they gave me, but I need to embark now on my own unique path, the ideals of my life, my life path; the Sun has to carry me in a new and different direction, and it creates differently too, and you know, that really reshapes with Jupiter in your first house, the beliefs through which you organize your sense of self, you know, so much of our sense of self, my friends, is organized by our belief structures and it's a real-time to evaluate, what are my beliefs? What am I believing about myself that is starting to change?
By the way, I start embarking on a more sovereign or autonomous or self-led journey that sort of breaks with the legislature of my family, and that sort of, you want to think about that, or, you know, maybe breaks from if there's a harsh inner critical voice or judge, right, it breaks from that and says, you know, this is my unique path. I'm on my way to this. I think that particularly when you have that cazimi moment on August 13, with Venus and the Sun and their right square to Uranus, that's a powerful moment of some of those realizations that might arise. So that's what I got for the tourists.
Gemini
Okay. Gemini, if you have a Leo, in the third house, so the sun and Venus retrograde in the third house, you have Jupiter and Uranus in your 12th house. Okay. So I would say this is a moment of reclaiming your environment. It's a moment of reclaiming the space around you, and your own sense of sovereignty, and your own sense of being able to self-direct that space, and maybe it's some really creative, imaginative, out of the box ways, especially as you know, you have on August 13, the cazimi of the Sun with Venus, and that square to Uranus and that sets up the whole moon cycle. So you've got a whole sort of, you know, an intensified month around these ideas.
But I would also say to; it's just being really mindful of, well, I'm gonna say it that way, I think that says a little bit more ominous than it really is. I would really look at this month where you feel you need to channel through some of the more what might feel like quieter or more solitary spiritual ideals, like it might be a month where you start like a meditation practice, or you start a daily solo walk, or you start, you know, time by the ocean painting. I'm from New England; I come up with the ocean things but like solitary ideas, and that help you reclaim a sense of authority within your environment, but sort of channeling through the inspiration from those more contemplative, contemplative spiritual practices.
So that channeling through those, you know, those bigger ideas or those bigger spiritual ideas helps you to direct your way forward within your environment and the things that surround you in a way that may shake up a little bit but ultimately creates a space where you feel like you're more sort of the sovereign and command of your own environment, or at least there's a growing sense of that as we go through the month. So that's for Geminis.
Cancer
Cancer rising. Alright, so this moves the Sun and Venus and Leo into your second house, and this brings Jupiter and Uranus into your 11th house. So you know, I would say right here, what are the rules and the laws and the beliefs around your interpersonal relationships and your social and professional networks? Have they come into a relationship, maybe a tense relationship, a square to your ideals and your creativity and the way you imagine your worth, your value, and that's Venus and the Sun in your second house?
Is there a way of sort of recognizing that, you know, maybe with the Sun there and the ideals of channeling through that bigger idea, you know, one of the ways money shows up in our lives, a lot of times this sort of sense of our own inner sense of value, and what we have to offer contributes value to others. So they want to reciprocate, whether it's money or it's exchanging in some even way for what we have given; they want to give back to us so it keeps the energy nice, keeps the energy even, and no one feels indebted to the other.
I would actually really think this month a lot about how are you structuring your belief structure inside around your interpersonal networks and how that made you may be being asked this month to look at those relationships, those beliefs in relationship to the Sun, your ideals and the way you want to move forward and the way you value yourself the way you hold value, not your worth your value or intrinsic spiritual, unquestionable value and are those two spaces of your chart your professional networks and your and your money house, are they in balance with each other that might be something that arises for my Cancer rising.
Leo
Okay, so this moves the Sun and Venus into our first house and Jupiter and Uranus into our 10th house. Alright, so this is really about your identity, our identity shifting, especially with the ascendant, the ascendant ruler in the first house, the identity in relationships, how we're in relationship, how we're in relationship to the pleasing Venus, things like money and sexuality and aesthetics and even the way you know how we're what we're surrounded by as our the Venus in our chart, and how those begin to shift the beliefs that we have about our career and the way we hold ourselves and career, how we're shining into the world. That's the 10th house.
It's definitely a month, especially with Uranus involved with the Sun, to be sure you're channeling through a new higher ideal for yourself. But trying not to get too involved in the ego wounds that can happen when someone may not recognize that you're channeling something bigger or new or maybe people are at odds with it, you know, they're not like super psyched about the new identity, or they feel a conflict around it in some way. It would be very easy to have the ego wounded for that. But just recognizing in any shift in identity, people relate to us differently, and our first house is always about how people relate to us.
I always liken it to the astrological high five, and so that is probably going to be going through some pretty strong changes this month. But it changes your belief structure with Uranus; there is probably a pretty radical or an unforeseeable way about your career, what you want to do for your career, how you think about your career, and how you believe yourself to be in your career. Definitely a self-identity, career-oriented month for Leo rising.
Virgo
Now, on to Virgo rising. I feel a somewhat kinship to Virgo rising just because I have a ton of planets in Virgo. So I know Virgo pretty well on Saturn Virgos in relationship with my Sun, so I love Virgo. I love all the signs, but I get Virgos a lot. So we have now the Sun and Venus in Leo in your 12th house, Jupiter and Uranus in your ninth house. This is a quest to me; in The Astrology of Fate, Liz Greene talks a lot about Leo as related to, like, you know, a sacred holy quest of the one on in their lifetime and, you know, especially with Jupiter and Venus and the Sun all involved, there's something about the quest to understand the deeper spaces of your psyche, the imagination, the deeper layers of your imagination, what was imagination what was real?
That's the 12th house, what what's been holding you back, what's been like the, you know, the matrix, like the splinter in your mind, you can't seem to jostle loose, that as the Sun and Venus make these relationships to relationship to these aspects, as you stated Uranus and Jupiter, there's a sense of being freed from that somehow, right being seen something that you never saw before seeing how maybe that has structured your beliefs around, you know, the ninth house topics, which tends to do around the law, higher education they have throughout spirituality and religion, for sure.
You know, it might be just as simple as you know, you discover that you want to go on a big trip, that's Jupiter and Uranus in your ninth house. It can be that simple. But I think that, you know, one of the things to watch for here is sometimes, you know, in the healing process, we can make the healing process, our identity, it's what we are, rather than something that we're engaging in to serve its purpose so we can close a chapter and move forward with our lives. That would be maybe, where some of that, like, you know, the monarchy, not the monarch, gets involved here with it, the ego gets a little bit above that, like, I'm in this process, it's me, it's me, it's me.
When we let go of needing that to be our identity, there's so much that flows out of us and into us in a healing space that allows us to move forward, probably with a restructured sense of the way you believe about the world, what you think about the world, how you make sense about the world. I can see that arising from this constellation of planets. Yeah.
Libra
Okay, on to Libras. So, Libra, we have the Sun and Venus in your 11th house, Jupiter and Uranus in your eighth house, Jupiter and Uranus and Taurus in your eighth house, and Leo in your 11th house. So this does feel very interpersonal to me, my friends; this feels a lot about putting some things to bed, that you know, especially in interpersonal relationships, if there have been, you know, bad feelings or betrayals or a sense of unfairness within your personal networks, this might be some time where either those get amplified a little bit, but in order that, there might be some resolution to them. This is the 11th house to eighth house axis.
It is a time where it feels fair and where magnanimity and generosity can go a long way to releasing things that may have felt like they imbalanced a relationship. But now, finally, feel you know what? I am going to open my heart and open my arms and release this.
It doesn't mean I'm necessarily going to be best buddies with these people or be in this group anymore. But I am going to choose to move forward in this sense where I can just let it go, and I found order and meaning out of it. The other thing with Jupiter in your eighth house, my friends, is Jupiter in the eighth house can be wonderful for helping us make sense of some more challenging aspects of our lives where we have felt credit debt with other people. We felt we owe other people Jupiter is sort of like a way of like kind of evening out the ledger, whether it's a real ledger, or it's one we're keeping in our minds, or someone else is keeping us about us. Jupiter has a way of kind of like tying it all together and then letting it go. Just know that, you know, with the squares to Uranus, there can be some sudden shakeups in those ideas, but ultimately, I think so that it can be sort of freed and released. That's one. That's the way I would see this for Libra Libra risings.
One quick thing for Libra risings to my friends is to let the authority of the Sun, the executive leadership of your life, let that Sun really shine through because it can be tough for Libras you know, Libra moons, Libra rising Libra sons to assert their own desire. What do I want? You have a wonderful month here with this the Sun moving through Leo, its home sign square to Uranus square to Jupiter to reassert or reclaim some of that inner authority about your own self-directed life.
Scorpio
Okay, let's go on to Scorpios. I was thinking a lot about the Scorpio rising to exist, thinking about this very interesting relationship, you know, Scorpio goes often love to have their private inner space. All water signs like this, you know, Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces all like this, Scorpio sensing and like, that's, there's a little bit of that secret of an element that Scorpio had. This is not always bad, by the way, I think secretive can apply shameful things. Not at all.
But there's a space that wants to be very private, but you guys have the bright, you know, the most shiny 10th house in the zodiac, and so that's an interesting tension that works there, and I think this month, how that relates is that you're going to have some creative tension here between your career house and your house of primary relationships. So Jupiter in Uranus in your seventh house of primary relationships, marriage, and you have Venus and the Sun in the 10th house in Leo, your career.
So you know, what I would say here is you can be prominent and sometimes feel safer being prominent when you have the steady support of someone you love. Now that yes, the seventh house has to do a lot with romantic relationships and marriage, but it can be friendships, it can be close partnerships, but what you know, one of the things that I think can help us feel safe is realizing from the Leo to the Taurus here, that you can shine more, you can feel more empowered, you can draw more sort of spark and inspiration through you when you feel like you know, there are people I can lean on, there are places I can go where I can just be myself.
Remember that that that series cheers from the 80s we have, you know, Cheers and downtown Boston, which was based on where everybody knows your name, that sort of idea can go back to that space, and you know, you have your private space with somebody else where you can kind of recharge. But I think this is a really interesting tension for Scorpio risings this month around letting others be a support for you.
Now, if you're not, you feel like that support is not there too romantically; maybe it's there as a friendship, or maybe it's there in a family relationship. You know, the seventh house, obviously, is looked up more as marriage, but it could be any sort of just where to other people support me. Where do they lift me up? Where can I release and relax into that, or you know, you could also see to Jupiter and Uranus there a radical restructuring in Taurus, your seventh house, of the way you believe what you believe about relationships, what you have believed about relationships, what your relational style is, may change, your belief about relational style may change in a pretty significant way and way that's pretty prominent as it squares the Sun in its home sign of Venus retrograde and I'm in your 10th house.
Sagittarius
Now Sagittarius, so we're moving Jupiter and Uranus into your sixth house. Taurus and we have the Sun and Venus in your ninth house; sort of religion and spirituality, higher education, and the noble ideals is very much about the ninth house. So you know, I would look at this in all seriousness, what are the noble ideals that you're willing to work for in your life? Where can you channel through ideals, you know, especially with the sixth house? One of the things I find with sixth house placements within readings is people with planets in the sixth house are often very concerned with people who have with really helping everybody feel like they're on an equal footing, especially those who have been most marginalized in society, by society in their lives really wanting to lift them up.
Jupiter can't get a better planet than Jupiter there for that in your sixth house. But there might be something where it's like Where where's the good fight belong fight worth it in terms of channeling through me bigger, more noble ideals, especially as they might relate to the law or they might relate to spiritual or religious traditions and that ninth house were Leo is for you, that that is worth it, there is no goal that is, um, you know, it might take a while it might not be immediate might not even be something that you can even complete in your lifetime, but you feel like you're contributing to that bigger ideal.
This is definitely, you know, a constellation to where I would say, be mindful of taking that all on yourself and burning out, right, like, I have to change it all. I have to make it happen. I have to do it. That's a big Leo warning sign there because you could burn out pretty quickly doing that, especially with the squares to Uranus. But what is the bigger ideal in terms of fairness and equality and feeling everybody gets to be on an equal footing in society that is lifting those up who have been marginalized for whatever reason and bringing that forward and through.
Sagittarians, too like I say, well, we say we live on hope, and we live on boisterous, bountiful anything is possible. There's a sense of that hope being really necessary this month, but in a way that allows you to contribute to some really good and noble and long-lasting work. That that comes along. So that's what I got for Sagittarius.
Capricorn
Alright, Capricorns, so we've got the Sun and Venus in Leo in your eighth house, and we've got Uranus and Jupiter in Taurus in your fifth house. So the eighth house, I often find with eighth house placements, and I've said this a million times, but it really shows up that a lot of people with a lot of eighth house placements tend to feel a lot of guilt. They owe people, they always owe people, or the people owe them, but there's always kind of an inner ledger running.
The Sun and Venus here, I would say, is what is the place for Capricorn is where you feel you can take command of places within you that may feel like you're bound to, tied to, indebted to, other people and start to act in a way creatively, that's your fifth house. Maybe through a creative restructuring of your own beliefs around the things that you really enjoy, the things you really like to do, things you really like to bring into the world that bring you great pleasure and satisfaction, that help you begin to even some of that sense of imbalance in the inner ledger, that helps you to assert that sort of executive leadership in your life, which is the Sun, right the Sun, where you move forward with a new set of values, principles, and ideals.
New laws about the way you want to enjoy your life, the way you want to express yourself into the world in a creative way that that sort of fifth house idea could have some stuff to do going on with children here to the fifth house that often comes up with squares to the fifth house stuff that's happening in and around or relating to your kids, and maybe you know, the belief structure of how you raise your children, how you have raised your children, you know, the Sun squaring that, like where some individuation is going on between you and your kids. Those are all sorts of ideas that can come up too.
But I really see this more of like when there's eighth house transits like this, and with Jupiter involves the opportunity to balance a ledger, whether it's an actual ledger, financial ledger, or it's that sort of inner ledger, you know, keeping track of who's indebted to who and maybe just finally, saying, through my own authority, I choose to let this go.
You'd want to be mindful of, and you know, if you get to the, where the Sun really gets hopped up in Leo, there could be like a, I'm just asserting this, this is just what's going to happen. But I think that there's the opportunity here more for like a magnanimous generous, sort of, I am releasing this, balancing this out because I want to move forward with the things that I want to create and give me joy, and that gives me pleasure within my own life. Those sorts of ideas can arise.
Aquarius
Aquarius. Okay, so we have Aquarius, your seventh house, Leah, the Sun, and Venus in Leo, and then we have your fourth house Jupiter, and Uranus in Taurus. What are the beliefs? What are the laws you still live by Aquarius risings that come from your family of origin? What are the ones that really help you, and what are the ones that are not helping you anymore? What are the ones that are holding you back?
How can you, through your relationships, maybe a time where like, you know, you realize like, you know, in your marriage, there's a certain issue that keeps coming up over and over that is related to something you know, you may have learned it from your family of origin that you say like you know what, I'm going to take command of this and decide to put this off to this, you know, to say I'm going to shift this or change this or individuate from this family, this family belief structure, so that I can move forward in a more empowered way in my relationships.
With the Sun and Venus both in your seventh house, I could definitely see that as something coming up. Remember, Jupiter happens to have a lot of times it's the law by which we live, not just the law externally or the legislature or the courts in an external mundane astrology but in turn, I believe the way that we structure our beliefs and our life by our beliefs.
So I think that that's something that definitely comes up this month for Aquarius; this could be something around also, you know, taking a more magnanimous, open, gracious approach in relationships that helps bring some cohesion and a radical restructuring, but then eventual cohesion to your home life. Leo, in its highest sense, is very magnanimous and generous and gracious and open, and there's a sort of leadership-like charm to Leo and its highest sense, and that might, you know, restructure it comes to some instability or restructuring in the home life but ultimately brings back the cohesion of Jupiter in your home life as well. So that's what I got for the Aquarius.
Pisces
Now let's go on to Pisces. All right, so Pisces rising, this puts Jupiter and Uranus in your third house, Taurus, the Sun, and Venus in your sixth house. So what are you willing to work for? That you want to change in terms of your environment, that might feel like a long, long, hard fight. Right, you're kind of like, I'm in it to win it.
The sixth house where Leo is for you, the sixth house often requires some sense of tenacious ability to work away at something over a long period of time, and the will to do that with the Sun in rulership in your sixth house, that's a really helpful sign for that. But that ultimately shifts the environment, you know, I could see this being something like, you know, recognizing some beliefs that you've held for a long period of time, this is Jupiter in your third house, are being radically restructured when squares to Uranus, and maybe unexpectedly so, and they might shine line light on something that has always felt perfectly normal to you but somehow, as you've gone, oh, maybe that's not, or maybe that's not helping me or helpful for me, and so you decide to engage on this sort of noble quest. This is Leo in your sixth house of deciding, you know, what do I want to believe about the world and how does that shape the environment around me, and as I shift those beliefs, I choose to believe differently, or I start to work on believing differently slowly over time that sixth house stuff it reshapes what I'm surrounded by every day, what's around me.
So I think it's a really lovely transit for you guys now, you know, six-house stuff can be tough, and there can be, you know, there can be that feeling of like, you know, kind of trudging through the mud but it's a good day's work sort of thing. So I'm trying to try to give the old tried to go with my friends from the midwest, we're always so encouraging, you know, especially because they're hard workers gonna do some hard work here in Boston, we're too impatient for all that. So that's what I got from Pisces.
Okay, so let me share stop sharing. So this month, my friends really get to know Leo and Taurus and, um, you know, you might go back to the winter Adam and I made an update in the winter when Venus was in Aquarius; I cannot remember exactly when it was we can go back in a program and look at that, and see if any of those themes are coming up.
So you know, six months ago, what's coming up now that's being resolved around that, you can look at Venus retrograde in Leo and 2015. If you want to go back that far, I would really like to connect the dots. But really get to know this month that sense of the noble ideal, and what are your noble ideals? How do they structure the laws by which you live, the beliefs by which you live, and maybe even the unspoken laws by which you live? Something not all beliefs are sort of articulated. Sometimes there are felt or energetic and how has that been restructured between the sort of the belief structure in your life and the executive action you want to take in your life, your sense of personal agency and moving forward and vision and into individuality and just watching out for that, you know, bringing through the bigger thing.
Bigger ideals of serving something bigger and receiving all the wonderful things that can come along with that but knowing that what's flowing through you is not of you, that's where the ego that test is, you know, we're all kind of walking on a knife's edge this month. It's me, and I'm wounded, and just to meet this need me, I have to be seen right that the legal that is kind of stereotypical the shadow of Leah, and that can manifest in Taurus too in some ways. So, on the surface of a bigger ideal, it is the monarchy that is supposed to shine, not the monarch.
It is the work; it is the astrology that is supposed to shine, not the astrologer, right we can interpret it, we can channel it through us, we can do that, we can play the music of the chart as much as we can see it right, but it's the astrology that's important. The astrologer is the musician; it's the astrology, that's the music, that sort of idea. It's the artist. The artist channels the art through them, but the art is not necessarily of them. That's I'm going to stop the analogies now. But that sort of idea.
