Hey everyone, this is Adam Elenbaas from Nightlight Astrology. Today, we're going to take a look at the major astrological transits for the month of June. Now, if you're new to my channel, this is a sneak preview video, where I take a little bit of time to cover the transits pretty lightly, just giving you a sense of what's coming for the next month. But then, if you watch my channel as the month goes on, what you'll see is that we look at each of the transits I mentioned today in greater depth and detail as the month unfolds.
So this is kind of where we're heading on my channel in the month ahead: video. And it'll definitely give you a sense, though, of what the big transits are for the month and the kind of themes that we're going to be working with. I recommend pairing this, of course, with our monthly horoscopes, which gives you a sense of where the same kinds of transits I'm looking at in this overview will show up within the whole sign houses of your birth chart; we recommend listening to that for your rising sign. So, anyway, that being said, our agenda for today is to look at the astrology of June.
Before we get into it, don't forget to like and subscribe to share your comments and reflections. It really helps the channel to grow when you guys tell us what's going on in your own lives or which transits have been a big deal for you. You can find a transcript of today's talk or any of my daily talks on the website nightlightastrology.com. When you go over there, we have a couple of promotions.
The first promotion is my live talks. If you go to events and live talks, you'll see that on June 13, I'm giving a talk on the 12th house. That is called the world we struggle to see, and it is about the healing potential of the 12th house in your birth chart. It's a very hands-on talk that will be very useful for working with your own birth chart. July, I'm doing a talk on your entrance into Gemini.
Last month, I did a talk on Neptune in Aries that I think you guys would also really like. You can go back and see the outer planets and love the series that we did as well. If you go to the Courses page, the first year of the Ancient Astrology for the Modern Mystic course begins June 16, so it's not too late to register.
And if you need any help with need-based tuition at the bottom, you can sign up and work within your budget if that would be something that would help you take the course because you otherwise maybe couldn't. We encourage people to use that if it helps to make it affordable.
Then we also have the horary program class, which also starts in June on the 22nd; program you can learn more about it if you stick around after today's video; there's an informational video I have tagged on to the end of today's content, where I tell you what horary astrology is how it works and actually show you an example of a horary chart from my practice.
So, a horary also begins in June, and year two, if year one, a student begins in June as well. So, lots of good courses are coming up. As always, we need based tuition for people to make sure that no one's priced out. And so, on that note, Let us now turn our attention to the transits for the month of June.
So most of the major action in June, as I was saying, is in the Aries sign of Gemini, some squares happening to the watery sign of Pisces, some trines happening with respect to from between Jupiter in Gemini, Mercury in Gemini and Pluto and Aquarius a lot of what I'm saying today will be similar themes reiterated across several different transits.
So I'm going to say some very general things, and then, as you know again, if you watch my channel, we will be breaking a lot of these aspects down into further depth and in detail. Okay, so from June 2 through June 6, There are a series of transits taking place that I want to draw your attention to; you're going to see Jupiter in Gemini, trine Pluto, and Aquarius. Very shortly after, we will have Mercury entering Gemini, and on the fourth, Mercury will then try to Pluto and then simultaneously conjoin Jupiter. On the fourth, we also see that Venus is at the heart of the Sun, or cazimi, which is also taking place. This kind of a big series of events happens between the second of the month and the sixth when we then have a New Moon in Gemini.
So we get the New Moon in Gemini on June 6, which means that between June 1 and the sixth, we have Jupiter trine Pluto from Gemini to Aquarius, Mercury trine Pluto from Gemini to Aquarius, Mercury conjoined with Jupiter in Gemini, Venus cazimi in Gemini, and a New Moon in Gemini. So how would I summarize all of that, you know, briefly? Again, we'll break some of these down as we go. But right away, what I would say is that this month begins with a very distinct emphasis on the air signs, which is really different from what we've been experiencing the first half of this year, where there's been so much emphasis on developing the Jupiter Uranus dynamic in Taurus are very earthy, very Venusian, very sensual, and very feminine.
Now, we're moving into a space. It's very heavy, it's very airy, it's very social. It's very communicative. It works in the realm of ideas, thoughts, and social and mental stimulation. We see all of this congregating in Gemini assignment is playful and curious, likes to work with and move back and forth flexibly and fluidly among opposites, and likes to experiment and explore by taking things apart and putting them back together. And with a significant series of trines from Gemini to Aquarius, we're also thinking about tinkering with or playing with big thought structures or systems, which could include things like technology or the social systems and structures of your life.
Or it's almost like you're laying out the blueprints for something and really fiddling around with the details, maybe even having fun playing with different variations of plans and systems or structures in your life that are existing right now on the level of almost like a schematic. But the point is that there's a lot of stimulation socially and mentally at the beginning of this month. The idea is that this movement in mind, this movement among your relationships, is stimulating new ways of looking at things, new perceptions, and maybe new ways of implementing things, new organizational strategies, new uses or implementations of technology, and new people that might become new friends or allies could also be a part of this.
So I really love the emphasis on air at the beginning of the month. I think it's, yeah, just that airy quality is busy. It's like a busy bee hive or a bohemian coffee shop filled with, you know, thinkers and artists. It feels very exciting, especially Venus cazimi at the heart of the Sun. It's artistic but also intellectual at the same time. So, there are interesting energies to start the month, and again, we'll be looking at those more in-depth here next week. On June 8, we then start the series of Squares Between Gemini and Pisces. Let's look at some of these altogether.
So, on June 8, we will have the right to see the Sun, and Venus will move into squares with Saturn. So, on June 8, Venus squared Saturn, and on June 9, the Sun squared Saturn in Pisces. So right away, this is going to repeat through Mercury, eventually squaring as well. Then, these two planets will both square Neptune and Mercury will square Neptune. So there are a bunch of squares now between Mercury's Sun and Venus and Saturn and Neptune in Pisces.
Overall, I would say when you combine air and water, what you're really talking about is heightened emotional intelligence. Or you're talking about the struggle between the rational and the sensual and the emotional. Excuse me, you're looking at the sensual, the emotional, the romantic, and the imaginative in contrast to the level of Gemini, like the mind and the rational and the the sort of deconstructive tendencies of the analytical mind.
So when you put the two together, the greatest potential is something like the quality of emotional intelligence, where ideas and empathy meet, or where sensitivity and careful discriminating intellectual qualities work together, rather than being in a conflict or in conflict with one another. But it is also quite possible that the conflict between these qualities will start, and you'll start to feel it more intensely.
So watch for these first two transits between Sun Venus and Saturn to be pronounced. This could place a little strain on our relationships, as there's a very sort of fun, flirtatious, flexible quality from Venus and the Sun together, very bubbly and bright. Venus is, of course, being reborn at this time, coming off from the cazimi and the square with Saturn, which in Pisces could be a little theatrical or a little melancholic and may also ask us to, you know, be a little bit more serious or be a little bit more careful or thoughtful to be considerate of complexities and emotional nuances and needs coming from other people or from ourselves. So, an interesting series of squares settles in around this time. There's another interesting transit that pops up right about this time as well. On June 11, Mars will enter earthy Taurus and make a square to Pluto in Aquarius.
Now, I like this because when you get Mars and an Earth sign, it's like a bulldozer. It's like, let's move things. Let's build things. There's an eagerness to make effort and will, determination, force, vigor, all Mars qualities and use them to move and shape Earth. So, it's a very practical, hardworking, industrious placement for Mars.
Of course, Mars can be a little bit like a bull in a china shop in the sign of Taurus, where, you know, even if the end result is to build something beautiful, you have to be careful that you don't steamroll things in the process or that you don't become so set on building things that you don't become a little heavy-handed somehow. But Mars squaring Pluto is going to receive a very strong, enlivening, and empowering kind of force from Pluto as well.
So the Mars square Pluto dynamic on June 11 is a little explosive, like potentially a time where willpower and force and kind of domineering energy is something we have to be a little bit careful of or notice around us being aware not to get into unnecessary conflicts or to exert our will in ways that are a little destructive, or again, heavy-handed.
But it's also very effective when it comes to getting things done. And this also suggests to me that we are implementing plans; there's a strong quality here, all the trines from the air at the beginning of the month, and then Mars moving into an earth sign, you get the feeling that we are there are this kind of ideas that are looking to be implemented and to shape and shift and change things in very earthy ways. And that is due to the fact that all of these planets in Gemini are coming right off from the Jupiter-Uranus conjunction and Taurus, and now Mars and Taurus will be going through and once again sort of reiterating the pattern.
Well, then we can see the same kind of square from Mercury to Saturn, Gemini, and Pisces that comes through on the 12th. You can see the same dynamic, the air in the water, and you think of the synthesis of the potential for something like emotional intelligence. But also, we might be looking at limitations or blocks or frustrating dynamics around communication and mental and emotional kind of dynamics that can be a little bit rockier. On June 14, Mercury is cazimi. So now we have this great empowered reset moment for Mercury.
Mercury is, of course, protected from combustion all month by virtue of being in its own chariot. Kind of a reset-empowered moment for Mercury right here. And then, we start moving into the squares with Neptune. So Venus will square Neptune on the 16th. I like this as a very playful romantic energy between Gemini and Pisces; although some potential for delusion and mischief is there, I would say it's a little intoxicating. And then we see Mercury square Neptune on the 17th, of course, then we see Mercury conjoin Venus on the 17th in watery cancer, and there's a lot of water energy that starts coming in right around that time, the moon will also be in Scorpio on that day.
Mercury conjoined Venus in Cancer will get its own treatment later in the month; things become a lot, a lot more watery, and again, sort of emotional and fluid and romantic. And those are all coming off, of course, coming off from the squares to Neptune, so things keep getting more and more watery from those squares to Neptune onward in the month.
Sun squares Neptune on the 20th, and then, of course, what the Sun does right after it squares watery Neptune in Pisces moves into cancer, and it's the summer solstice. Then we get a full moon in Capricorn coming through on the 21st, and you can see that full moon right about here. Here's the full moon, and that Cancer Capricorn access will be highlighted in the full moon toward the end of June. We'll be covering that in-depth, but the mood does shift to pretty airy early in the month. It gets very watery by the end of the month. And it really gets watery as all those planets pass through the gateway from Gemini squares to the Gemini squares to Neptune in Pisces. So that's interesting.
And then maybe one of the most exciting trines of the month is on June 26. On June 26, we'll see a trine from Mercury in Pisces or Cancer to Saturn in Pisces. Again, to me, this speaks to the fact I love that there are so many dynamics between Gemini and Pisces throughout the month that speak to that theme of needing to bridge the mind and the emotional body, the nurturing instinctual, feminine relational dimension of things with the cognitive, playful, deconstructive, probing and explorative intellectual side of things.
Those two energies are trying to work it out with one another in the earlier part of the month, and they may be running into some problems, whereas at the very end of the month, Mercury is now in a water sign training Saturn in Pisces and thus harmonizing. So, I feel like the mental and emotional conflict that you see in the air this month is really harmonizing itself together very nicely by the end of the month.
So, that is a little preview of where the month is heading. And again, if you watch my channel as the month goes on, we will be looking at each of those transits in depth so that we can turn the archetypal jewel on some of those we'll be looking at in multiple videos.
Stay tuned for horoscopes as well. Alex will help me break down all of the horoscopes for the month of June. We'll be looking at some of those placements across the Gemini Pisces access, as well as the Pluto and Jupiter Pluto trine, and we'll be doing that by whole sign house placements. We recommend, of course, listening to your rising sign, but you can check that video out as well for more on the month of June. That's it for today. If you stick around, you can learn more about the upcoming horary program. Learn more about what Horary is. If you've never heard about it before, you can see me do a horary reading after I sign off. And yeah, that's it for today. I hope you guys are having a good one, and we will see you again tomorrow. Bye, everyone.

“Hey Adam, thanks for the sneak preview of June’s astrological transits! It’s always fascinating to see what’s coming up. I appreciate how you give us a broad overview and then dive deeper into each transit as the month progresses. Looking forward to the detailed analyses! By the way, I recently read an article by Debraj Acharya on the influence of Jupiter retrograde, and it got me thinking about its potential effects this month. Would love to hear your take on it!”
