Venus, Jupiter, and Saturn are making a t-square in the sky right now. Let’s take another look at this complex aspect pattern:
* Too many things, I’ve got too many things!
The t-square is happening in the mutable signs, perhaps emphasizing the presence of multiple responsibilities, jobs, tasks, burdens, visions, and goals happening at once. How do we decide how to prioritize our time, money, and physical energy? How do we determine where to focus our efforts for the future? What needs to get cut out, consolidated, minimized or reorganized?
* I’m not enjoying this…
The t-square highlights Venus, and while Venus is exalted in Pisces she might be speaking to us about our displeasure of something. “I’m realizing this isn’t fun,” or “this isn’t the way I want to be living my life,” are both phrases that come to mind for this transit. This could involve multiple different things at once…an emotional meltdown whose bottom line reads, “I don’t want to be here anymore!”
* I love all of these things, but I’m not doing any of them very well…
The t-square might also highlight the need to hunker down and focus our time and energy on something simpler. We might feel the need to reign it in for the sake of creating higher quality results: quality time, quality art, quality intimacy, quality of lifestyle, etc.
* I love this person but we don’t share enough in common.
Venus’ engagement with Jupiter/Saturn might inspire people to come together through mutually shared interests, but it might also highlight the differences we have with others because of diverging interests. Are we compromising ourselves in our relationships…spending too much time on the middle ground that neither person really enjoys or wants, or are we creating compromises so that beautiful things will begin to grow between us?
* I’m learning something new, the information is integrating, it’s all coming together.
For as all over the place as this transit might sound it’s also a great time to begin integrating knowledge and information or to begin learning something new. The emphasis on mutability is like fresh buzz of bees in the spring, everything being cross pollinated and new pathways for discovery and synthesis opening everywhere.
As Saturn has just turned retrograde we might find ourselves revising or revisiting some knowledge or learning from the past, or we might find ourselves deconstructing a system part by part and then eventually putting it back together again!
Prayer: Help us to hear the life force behind the buzzing!
