The Job
We are seeking a creative and highly organized Social Media Manager to support our growing online presence. This role involves managing and scheduling our daily YouTube content, creating social media announcements, and maintaining the quality and consistency of our online communication. The Social Media Manager will work closely with Adam Elenbaas to ensure that all content is in alignment with Nightlight’s brand and voice.
As Social Media Manager, you will…
- Process and schedule daily YouTube videos, ensuring consistency and timely delivery.
- Create and schedule social media announcements across platforms to promote content.
- Generate transcripts for daily YouTube episodes to enhance audience accessibility.
- Set up and post blog content for daily YouTube episodes.
- Prepare and schedule newsletters for daily YouTube episodes to reach subscribers.
- Create quote reels and highlight key insights from episodes.
- Collect and present episode quotes for Adam Elenbaas' review.
Our ideal candidate has…
- Is or has been a Nightlight Astrology student in any of our online courses.
- Proven experience in social media management, content scheduling, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong understanding of various social media platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing and creation of reels and shorts.
- Familiarity with YouTube content management, blog posting (WordPress), and newsletter tools (Constant Contact).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to align content with Nightlight Astrology's tone and mission.
- Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Later, Canva, WordPress, ConstantContact, Opus Pro.

We are seeking a Web & Marketing Specialist to collaborate with Adam Elenbaas in developing and implementing marketing strategies while managing the company’s website and social media presence. This role is essential to driving engagement across digital channels, promoting upcoming events, and ensuring that Nightlight Astrology’s online presence is cohesive and up to date.
As Web & Marketing Specialist, you will…
- Collaborate with Adam Elenbaas to establish and execute marketing strategies.
- Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring a steady stream of engaging posts for product launches and enrollment seasons.
- Create and schedule social media assets for Courses, Speaker Series, Monthly Webinars, and occasional speaking engagements.
- Maintain the company website by adding new products, updating dates, and ensuring content remains fresh and relevant.
- Coordinate marketing efforts across multiple channels to promote key events, products, and services.
Our ideal candidate has…
- Is or has been a Nightlight Astrology student in any of our online courses.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, website management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and scheduling tools. Particularly Canva, Later, Thrivecart, and WordPress.
- Experience with website content management, including adding and updating products, dates, and content in WordPress/Woocommerce.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently to manage projects and deadlines.
- Creative thinker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
