January 21st – Session #1: Step by Step Methods for Preparing Birth Chart Readings
Learn a clear, repeatable process for preparing a birth chart reading from start to finish. We’ll explore how to identify the most important features of a chart, organize your observations, and prepare for a focused and meaningful consultation.
February 25th – Session #2: Live Natal Client Reading & Discussion
Observe a live birth chart reading with a client, followed by group discussion and Q&A. We’ll reflect on the techniques used, the choices made during the consultation, and the art of translating astrological symbolism into a living conversation.
March 4th – Session #3: Step by Step Methods for Topical Delineations
Develop a systematic approach to exploring specific topics within the birth chart, including career, relationships, family, health, spirituality, and more. Learn how to identify the houses, rulers, and planetary conditions most relevant to a client’s questions.
April 8th – Session #4: Live Natal Client Reading & Discussion
Join another live client consultation designed to demonstrate astrology in practice. Afterward, we’ll unpack the chart, discuss the interpretive process, and explore questions about technique, communication, and client work.
May 20th – Session #5: Step by Step Methods for Year-Ahead Forecasting
Learn how to organize and synthesize timing techniques into a clear year-ahead forecast. We’ll explore practical methods for identifying the most important themes and transits without overwhelming yourself or your client with too much information.
June 10th – Session #6: Horary Practice
Sharpen your horary skills through hands-on chart practice and group discussion. We’ll work through questions together, focusing on judgment, significators, receptions, aspects, and the process of arriving at clear answers.
July 1st – Session #7: Natal Practice and Q&A
Bring your natal astrology questions and charts for an open session of practice, troubleshooting, and discussion. This is an opportunity to strengthen your interpretive skills and explore challenging or unusual chart configurations together.
August 26th – Session #8: AI and Astrology – A Conversation
Explore the emerging relationship between artificial intelligence and the practice of astrology. We’ll consider practical uses, creative possibilities, ethical questions, and the role of human judgment, intuition, and divination in an increasingly AI-assisted world.
September 9th – Session #9: Live Natal Client Reading & Discussion
Watch the interpretive and relational dimensions of astrology come together in a live client reading. We’ll follow the consultation with discussion of the chart, techniques, client dynamics, and questions arising from the reading.
October 7th – Session #10: A Simple Approach to Using Triplicity Rulers
Learn an accessible method for incorporating triplicity rulers into natal interpretation. We’ll explore how these traditional rulers can add depth and nuance to house topics, planetary significations, and the unfolding story of a birth chart.
November 11th – Session #11: Using Divination in a Birth Chart Reading
Explore ways of thoughtfully incorporating divinatory methods alongside natal astrology. We’ll discuss how tools such as the I Ching and Tarot can complement the birth chart, clarify questions, and deepen the oracular dimension of a consultation.
December 9th – Session #12: Live Natal Client Reading & Discussion
Close the Guild year with a final live client reading and group discussion. We’ll observe the consultation together and reflect on technique, synthesis, communication, and the ongoing development of the astrologer’s craft.
Meet your instructor...
I’m Adam Elenbaas, and I teach people how to interpret the language of astrology and deliver birth chart readings to clients in a way that’s both objective and artful.
Since opening my practice in 2010, I've completed over 10,000 birth chart readings and led more than 2,500 students through my natal and horary astrology programs. Many of my students have gone on to cultivate dedicated professional practices.
My personal practice sprang from my studies of ayahuasca shamanism spanning more than 10 years and 100 ceremonies. Upon discovering deep meaning in the patterns of the sky, I began consulting formal teachers, who taught me the practical history, craft, and philosophy of astrology.
I now weave aspects from my diverse spiritual and traditional studies into my courses and apprenticeships. My goal is to give you, my students, a practical and spiritual platform from which to view and practice astrology in the world today.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of this content, refunds are limited. Please consider your needs before enrolling in the course. If you withdraw from the course before the first class, you will receive a full refund for any tuition paid. After the first class, you have 21 calendar days to withdraw from the program and receive a full refund minus 1/12th of the program cost (the first month of tuition). Certification: Students are given one year from the end of their course to complete the certification exam. We do not offer any certification or exams for the Master Class Series or Roots and Spheres courses.
