A Monthly Community Meditation Gathering
Join us once a month on Sunday mornings for Silent Sundays, a simple yet powerful practice of sitting together in reflective stillness.
In our busy, noisy world, silence offers a rare gift: the chance to reconnect with ourselves, our community, and the living presence of silence. Silent Sundays are open to all—whether you are an astrologer, a student of the stars, or simply someone seeking a deeper sense of inner peace.
Join us once a month on Sunday mornings for Silent Sundays, a simple yet powerful practice of sitting together in reflective stillness.
What to Expect
- We begin at 10:30 AM Central Time [11:30 AM EDT/EST] with a few centering words and a reflection on the value of silence.
- Together, we will sit for 30 minutes in silence, holding space as a community without doctrine or dogma.
- After the bell, there will be an optional time of sharing and reflection, where participants may offer insights, images, or simple words from their experience.
You may close your eyes or softly rest your gaze on the candles at the center of our circle. Whatever you bring to the silence—rest, reflection, prayer, or presence—is welcome.
As Plutarch reminds us:
“Silence at the proper season is wisdom, and better than any speech.”
Why Silent Sundays?
For those who love astrology, contemplation deepens our understanding of the sky. Sitting in silence allows us to weave meaningful bridges between the wisdom of the heavens and the practice of grounding, listening, and inward reflection. It is a space simply rooted in the value of quiet time spent together in community.
Silent Sundays are FREE and open to the public.
Meets monthly on Sunday mornings, 10:30 AM Central Time / 11:30 AM EDT/EST.
