Jupiter in Leo’s Royal Blessings — Horoscopes for All 12 Signs

Today we're going to take another look at Jupiter's entrance into the sign of Leo, but this time from the perspective of your horoscopes. You can listen to these for your sun or your rising sign, but the idea here is to give you some sense of where Jupiter is at and where it's moving through your birth chart, what kind of topics and themes it's going to bring up a little bit more specifically in your life over the entirety of the next year, while Jupiter is moving through the sign of Leo. So, hopefully these will be useful for you today.

Alrighty, well, if we are taking a look right now at Jupiter's entrance into Leo, we can see. Let me get my Epic pen. What will you do today? So we can see that Jupiter's just entered Leo, pretty normal for the epic pen today. Jupiter's just entered the sign of Leo. It's at the first degree or so.

Then we can notice that it's approaching in opposition to Pluto. We're going to get this massive configuration of the outer planets involved. People are calling it a basket. Yeah, I'm, but I see a rabbit in the clouds. What do you see? I'm just kidding. Anyway, so Jupiter's entrance into Leo will be here with us all the way until, if I scoot this forward a full year, it's about early July that Jupiter enters Virgo next year, so it takes a little bit, but here we go. This is, or it's late July, I'm sorry, July 26 right around there of 2027 that Jupiter enters Virgo.

So we have a good year or so of Jupiter's stay in the sign of Leo, and that's typical. Jupiter goes about 12 years through the zodiac, about a year per sign, so as we're dealing with that, I think what we want to do today is give you a sense of what might be coming given the horoscopic placement in each one of the houses, which is going to correspond to wherever it is in your birth chart, if you're listening for your rising sign, that'll correspond to the whole sign houses of your birth chart exactly, if you use the Hellenistic whole sign house view of your chart, of course, because horoscopes are in whole sign, so the rising sign will always correspond exactly with your birth chart transits.

You can listen to your sun sign too. It's really whatever you want to do, anyway. So, I'm going to adjust my screen here for just a second. All right, here we go, so you're going to see me now talking about each of the whole sign house placements of Jupiter based on the rising sign, that's how all horoscopes work, but you could listen for your sun sign, but then essentially what you're doing is you're creating a sun sign centric wheel, which takes your sun sign and puts it on the first house of the chart, so some people find a lot of resonance with that, and that's fine, but I think if you're someone who tracks the transits in your natal chart, you'll find that looking at your rising sign horoscope will run parallel to your own transit research that you're doing on your own chart all the time, so that's why I recommend it anyway, so we're going to start with Aries.

We're going to go through all 12 signs. We're thinking of Jupiter now as a planet of wisdom, a planet that grants coherence and purpose, a planet that can be very fertile and growth-oriented, a planet that can be a little exaggerated or excessive. The expansion can be inflation in a not so good way. The expansion can also be growth of meaning, growth of wisdom, sometimes growth of revenue, or growth of body, or muscle, or even fat. So, we think about Jupiter as a growth principle, but ideally what we're thinking about is Jupiter as the planet of growing wisdom, embodied living wisdom. So we'll think about it that way as we take it through, but I've got something for each of the 12 signs.

Let's start with Aries. If you're an Aries sun or rising, we're looking at this as Jupiter in your fifth house. So we think about a whole season of your life over the next year where rediscovering joy and happiness as a source of purpose rather than just something, rather than just pleasure. When Jupiter's in the fifth, there's a sense that your joy and your happiness are absolutely necessary for your sense of purpose and creative fulfillment. So, what genuinely enlivens your heart becomes a guide for your sense of spiritual or creative calling. Now, fertility can increase in this house, that might be through children, but also through creative projects, teaching creative wisdom, and creative dissemination of wisdom. Anything that extends your sense of legacy creatively into the future, which could be children or something else.

Now, confidence tends to grow with Jupiter in this house as you trust that your own special or unique sense of calling, character, intelligence, humor, creativity is worth listening to and putting at the forefront of your mind. It's like I have to think about who I am and what I like and what feels natural when we put authentic, joyful, creative expression at the forefront of our experience, of our mind, because it's like you have to remember it, and when you remember it, the risks that you start taking become expressive of who you really are, and good things happen, even if the initial risk doesn't pan out in terms of a delivered result. The risk taking is rewarded, you know. Obviously, this is risk taking that has to do with your authentic sense of creative expression, but you could also find yourself mentoring or studying or becoming more devoted to any kinds of spiritual practices or studies or wisdom, and just feeling really creatively enlivened by it.

I think the deeper lesson, since this is a dharma house, is that your dharma unfolds when your heart's engaged, rather than when you're just trying to succeed, and it's rooted in ego or expectation or performance. But when your dharma unfolds because your heart is engaged, really good things happen. So, we'll keep that in mind. Some lessons there for Aries. Let's go to Taurus. For Taurus rising, Jupiter's in your fourth house, which is a Moksha house and corresponds to the potential for greater emotional coherence being developed through family dynamics, strengthening your foundations, creating a home that reflects your values.

The Jupiter in the fourth brings wisdom, faith, redemption, healing, growth into the past, or into family karma. You can experience growth through also through very mundane things like buying, renovating, or expanding a literal living space, or just learning how to feel more settled and at home within yourself. Home and family can become a real source of warmth or joy. Also, there's a lot of wisdom in reconnecting with your roots and discovering what nourishes your inner life, and relationships with parents, family members, ancestors can become a real source of healing or understanding, or forgiveness, or even philosophical insight about life.

I think Jupiter in the fourth is really asking you to cultivate an inner sanctuary and to learn and grow in wisdom about what it means to have a safe home or a safe family, what that looks like and how it's created is a part of the wisdom that Jupiter is trying to bring in, but also expansion and growth or fertility around home, family, domestic life, property, living environment, really strong themes. I can't help but note myself that my daughter was just coming into the world, I was basically becoming a parent, and my wife was pregnant with our daughter when Jupiter was in Leo, that was in my fourth house, because I'm a Taurus rising. All right, let's move on to Gemini.

This is the third house, a comma house that really has to do with feeling happy in your own skin and in your own psychology, in your own mind, in your own body. The third house was a place of the ego's mind, body environment. It's also the local environment that you inhabit every day. The immediate local environment being like the psychosomatic matrix of mind, body, psyche, temperament, so this house was called the Joy of the Moon for those reasons, but Jupiter in this house can help you become more joyful and maybe more intelligent, learning things and mastering new skills. Curiosity will open a lot of pathways toward confidence, knowledge, wisdom, competence, skill.

There's more of a desire to express yourself big, bold, and dramatic. Also, anything surrounding your siblings, relationships with siblings, and the karma of siblings over the next year. Jupiter, in my experience, is usually pretty positive. Jupiter and Leo could bring up some sibling rivalry, or some power struggles around ego with siblings or peers, but also things like writing, speaking, teaching, podcasting, any kind of communication projects might be feeling really good, or they may receive some encouragement or some positive momentum. I would say it's a year in which your voice, your heart, your intellect can all grow in their confidence and boldness, demonstrative, happy, the courageous, small, meaningful act of expressing yourself more authentically, little by little. I think this is a transit that can also bring up shadows around confidence and self-esteem, and learning and growing. What does it mean to have a healthy, confident ego?

Let's go to Cancer. So, with Cancer rising, we put Jupiter in the second house. This is an artha house in Indian astrology, which means it has to do with material assets. So, Jupiter in this house can mean that financial growth is possible through cultivating skills, generosity, confidence in your own earning ability, any skills or resources you have that in turn can be used to earn money, develop and sustain your material existence and security. Jupiter may bring blessings or benefits or growth. Your relationship with resources themselves can become just wiser, and maybe there's more of an emphasis on abundance over scarcity, but also overspending and looking at excessiveness around money could be a part of what Jupiter is teaching you.

Excuse me, my allergies are super bad today. Family traditions, inherited wisdom, ancestral values around things like money, assets, resources, property investments, time and energy, and how they're used and spent. There's a lot of wisdom that comes in this house in ancient forms of astrology around the environment you grew up in socioeconomically, and so there might be some resonance there with Jupiter giving you wisdom that also, you know, we all grow and learn through the conditions that we faced as kids, really, as we were growing up, what kind of support did we have or not have? There's a lot of wisdom, maybe right now, around what kind of support is needed now based on what you had earlier.

I think anything around Jupiter's natural symbolism could also be used to earn money, teaching, speaking, sharing knowledge or wisdom. A kind of performative Jupiter and Leo could be a good source of income. And finally, Jupiter's message here is really that real wealth is about what sustains and supports your heart and soul, and there's a lot of wisdom that will come in around what kinds of assets or resources we need for the deepest soul level sense of nourishment and health, so consider all of those things if you're a Cancer.

Now if you are getting to the sign that's got the first house, Jupiter year, right? It's always the one that I know people get most excited about. I will say that when Jupiter's in your first house, the potential for confidence to be growing and expanding, because you're becoming more aligned with your sense of authentic, this is the authentic me. First house transits really have a powerful way of awakening within us a clear sense of who we are and who we are not, so personal confidence can grow, and as you become more aligned with yourself, that's always a first house thing. Jupiter is no exception, but others may also be looking to you naturally for guidance, because you're conveying a sense of wisdom, strength, positivity, optimism, integrity.

Jupiter in the first house can make us really magnetic, and sometimes a medium for wisdom or advice or encouragement to come through for other people. Also, Jupiter in the first house will emphasize physical vitality and enthusiasm, healthier habits, greater self-confidence. However, the excessiveness of Jupiter can have you growing in some ways that are very positive, while maybe growing in other ways that are not. It's very common for people to become a little overly indulgent, maybe put on a little Jupiter in the first house weight. Not that I have any judgments about whatever people do, but if that's not something you want, then be careful of a bit of weightiness with Jupiter in the first house.

Honestly, Jupiter in the first house is also bringing unity and coherence and a sense of wisdom about what makes you you, so it's really a year in which you can feel like you're returning to parts of yourself that maybe somehow you've overlooked or gotten lost along the way, so Jupiter can say, let's take all of the different parts and bring them together coherently in our sense of identity. I love that part about Jupiter in the first. Yeah, when Jupiter was in the first house for me, that was around the time during that period when I started writing my book, got the inspiration to write my book, and it felt like a part of me, the writer that hadn't been there for a while, because I've been so focused on astrology, came back, so Jupiter in the first can kind of gather pieces anyway. Let's go on to Virgo.

Jupiter is in the 12th house, a Moksha house, a place of liberation and release. But Jupiter in the 12th will bring meaningful periods of solitude that can feel really fertile and deep and meaningful, rather than just maybe lonely or depressive. There's a lot of opportunity for spiritual growth in inner wisdom. Jupiter in the 12th can have you starting to see the world in ways that maybe you weren't capable of seeing previously. Old fears, grief, limiting beliefs can dissolve because there's a gentle, slow awakening taking place, more heart, more compassion, more surrender.

Jupiter in the 12th is like a spiritual retreat or pilgrimage, where you go someplace beautiful, you set everything down psychically, rest, receive nourishment, remember what life is about, get clear and clean through a process of healing, and then you come back to the world, you feel really refreshed and confident. That's often a description of Jupiter through the 12th, followed by Jupiter into the first. Then anything around dreams or meditation or retreats or contemplative spaces or practices can become really meaningful over the next year for you.

I would also say that trust and surrender in something that's higher and something that's bigger than self is usually a part of Jupiter in the 12th house. Learning to trust that there are forces beyond our control that are conspiring for our good, because it's easy to feel like things are undermining us, and we can get a little paranoid and feel like things are conspiring to mess us up, but slowly seeing that there is a design in our life that's bringing us toward the good and bringing us toward wisdom and healing and growth, that's often something that happens while Jupiter's in the 12th house. The other thing I would say, finally, is that whatever wisdom is really needed to address unconscious dimensions of your life, Jupiter in the 12th is like a guru that's slowly coming into view in your life over the next year.

All right, let's go on to Libra. So, with Libra rising, we have Jupiter in the 11th house. Now, that's a comma house, which means its main concern is with happiness. What kind of happiness or bliss? Social happiness, social bliss connected to the public sphere, the societal sphere. We're talking about the joy or happiness of realized dreams, realized ambitions and aspirations, social belonging, a sense of being, and achieving dreams and goals socially, professionally, publicly. Jupiter in the 11th can therefore bring important or meaningful forms of friendship and community that help you reach your goals or dreams, or that bring a great level of happiness.

It can also bring different forms of religious or spiritual community, it can bring important community leaders or teachers into your life, teaching and leadership, or collaboration within groups, where collaborations will be a way in which your wisdom can help other people, networks can expand, social networks, professional networks can bring fortunate connections or introductions. There can be a sense of finding very valuable people or allies that you want to work with or join your efforts and resources with, and also Jupiter in the 11th helps us connect our personal dreams, goals, and need for social validation, happiness, etc. into a bigger picture. It's like when something bigger than ourself is a part of our dreams, goals, and aspirations, our happiness can also become a lot more profound, because our happiness is connected to something that's bigger and often that ends up being a lot more fulfilling for us. So, think about those things if you're a Libra.

Let's go on to Scorpios. So, for Scorpio rising, we're looking at Jupiter in the 10th house, an artha house connected again to the material world. Well, this is the house associated with profession, vocation, reputation, status. It is the place of the sun at high noon, and so anything involving professional recognition, or public reputation can grow or expand over the next year. Career opportunities can expand, leadership opportunities can present themselves, teaching, advising, or positions of knowledge, wisdom, or responsibility can grow. Mentors can appear, or maybe you're acting as a mentor for others, but the highest achievement with Jupiter and Leo is always about a legacy that benefits not just you and your rising power, fame, success, but also a wider community.

So, we want to consider what is the highest or greater good that Jupiter is trying to aim your life toward in your profession or your public status or role, and be careful about vanity and also maybe confronting healthy versus unhealthy depictions of fame, success, power, leadership, that could always happen too. All right, let's go on to Sagittarius. So, for Sagittarius, we've got Jupiter in the ninth house, a place of wisdom, a dharma house. It's a really powerful period over the next year for Sagittarians, for higher learning, for philosophy, for education, for travel abroad, mystical or spiritual experiences, teachers, gurus, guides, meaningful educational opportunities arriving, and often a renewal of faith, in a sense that a greater, more coherent sense of philosophy or worldview, or almost like your compass is being reoriented in some way.

Faith is growing, not just as certainty or self-righteousness or dogma or doctrines or something like that, but there's a trust when Jupiter is in your ninth house that your life is part of a larger unfolding, and the sense that that unfolding is present again, because sometimes it's really present, and other times it recedes into the background, and things feel just normal, and we're going through things that are somewhat known, and then there come periods of time where we really know, oh, I'm in a story, it's unfolding, it has purpose, there's wisdom behind it. Something's guiding me. Jupiter in the ninth is often a period of time where that sense of being directed and guided, and that there's some bigger intelligence behind it all grows. It becomes really apparent to us. We can really feel that presence. So, watch for those things if you're a Sagittarius with Jupiter in the ninth.

Now, for Capricorn rising, we're talking about Jupiter in the eighth house. This house is a place of shared resources. It's a Moksha house, because all attachments in this world, all bonds, all obligations, all debts are things that are served and then released. Bonds occur, and then they detach and sever. This is why the house is also connected with death, because death is the ultimate form of release from the bond that we have, the spirit soul to a body. At worst, that bond can be bondage when we forget our spirit soul, and just like all spirit soul contracts with other living beings, it can become a source of entanglement and forgetfulness of what is real or what matters or what is heart-centered, or those bonds can become a source of illumination.

If our bonds are helping us walk each other home spiritually, then our bonds are deeply beneficial, if they're not, then they're entangling, and we need moksha, or liberation from them. So, Jupiter in the eighth is a year in which a lot of wisdom is going to come in through which relationships are deeply beneficial, in which create bondage. A lot of healing can occur around control, loss of control, trust, reciprocity, vulnerability, shared resources, the giving and receiving of benefits or blessings, debt and obligations, and Jupiter in the eighth house will often bring up wisdom related to death and to the relinquishment of attachments. We can grow so much when we take the risk of letting go of unhealthy attachments, while Jupiter's in that house. The expansion comes through the willingness to let go of things that represent soul debt and soul bondage. All right, so Capricorns, that's your focus.

For Aquarians, we're looking at Jupiter in the seventh house, another comma house concerned with bliss, but this time it's interpersonal. Jupiter is going through a powerful transformation in this month of July, especially as it's going to be Cazimi resetting, opposing Pluto. Leos and Aquarius are having a very powerful relational access being activated this month of July, in particular, but Jupiter in the seventh can bring important teachers into your life as personal mentors, a deep personal relationship with the teacher, mentor, guru that can expand your life, your psyche, help you heal and grow, but also just the typical marriage business partnerships, things that come in as close interpersonal relationships that offer blessings or benefits, attracting people also who just broaden your perspective or encourage you or help you grow in faith, knowledge, wisdom, heart.

It's great in that way. Good fortune can come through partners or spouses, conflicts can be resolved because there's more of a generosity of heart and spirit, shared meaning rather than competition or power struggle. However, there is a marked maybe power struggle this month of July, in particular, as Jupiter opposes Pluto. I'm going to use that now. Instead of Jupiter, Pluto, we're going to call it Judo, just about right. You know, you can imagine their conflict being like a judo match. Anyway, I would say that the planet of wisdom is going through the house of marriage, love, sexuality, and it's also asking Aquarians sometimes, as a Saturn ruled sign, can be a little detached. Jupiter in Leo brings that warmth and that heart-centeredness and encourages its growth in your connection to others, which could be really healing, not that the detachment is all you are, or that you are only detached, or can't be in a healthy space, but Aquarians, the airiness and the fixed airiness tends to be very anchored in the mind and anchored in big, broad perspectives, and ideological motivations, and Jupiter will bring it more into the subjective, personal realm of the heart.

Now, finally, Pisces rising, daily routines. If you want to think about that in the sixth house, that include work, sacrifice, labor, service, can become a lot more meaningful because there's a sense of larger purpose informing what you're doing, which is great, because it's so much better to work if you have something you love or feel confident or positive about working toward. This is also a year where a lot of times people's health improves a lot because of sustainable, healthier habits that they start bringing in on the daily for the upkeep, and in general, if you are someone who is working at something, building a craft, developing, Jupiter in the sixth is a bit like the teacher and apprentice and apprenticeship model. It's a bit like the work you're doing, you're growing in wisdom and understanding, but it's taking a lot of hard work.

It's like when you're first learning astrology, you're so excited, but you have a lot to learn, and as much as you're learning, you're getting excited about the learning. I love Jupiter in the sixth for an exciting period of learning and growth, or development of a craft or a skill. Also, any time that you employ people, Jupiter in the six can bring positive benefits with people you employ, or maybe expensive contracts, contractors, or something like that, but also wisdom, greatness, confidence in this, in Jupiter, in the sixth, and Leo says you build those things through daily effort, sustain daily good habits and effort, sacrifice, wisdom, service, daily work, they all go together and bring really great results with Jupiter in that sign, so we did it. We got through all.

Hey, I hope you're having a good day today, wherever you're at, whatever's going on in your life. I hope this channel and the content, the way we cover it, is something that brings blessings, brings positivity, that it helps you get back into your heart every day, even if just a little bit more, that's really the purpose behind all of this.
